"Overall experience staying is good. Toiletries were provided but no toothbrush & toothpaste. Toilet is only available at the lower level, we had to go downstairs every time to go to toilet, a bit inconvenient especially at night. We stayed for 3D2N and housekeeping only seemed to replace the towel/toiletries as the bed was not made up on the 2nd day. Parking is free but you need to pay RM50 deposit for the parking access card. Good thing is, just opposite the hotel there’s a mamak spot, can lepak & ngopi at night"

"Nice spacious unit suitable for family of 4. Easy check in check out. Just follow the instructions. Next to kedai Makan Kayu and Arab street corner shop serves tasty kunafe. The team let us keep bags until 2PM which is much appreciated"

"The room was just as pictured, clean and tidy. There are plenty of food options downstairs, all within walking distance, which was super convenient. The host was very responsive whenever I had questions. My flight was delayed from 4:15 PM to 7:40 PM, so I didn't arrive in Penang until 9 PM, but the host was still incredibly patient and guided us to the lobby to pick up the key card."

"Wonderful stay. The apartment was very well equipped. Lots of cleaning supplies & washing detergent. Washing machine was so useful. Room was clean and modern. Building has a good sized infinity pool with a stunning view of Queensbay. A shallow pool for kids, playground, gym, kids play room, games room & chill out area. Only thing would be to add a convenience store on the ground floor but there is one across the road & vending machines on 13th floor. Security are always onsite and so friendly so makes you feel very safe."

As soon as I entered the room, I felt a calm and pleasant atmosphere. The bed was very soft, ensuring quality sleep throughout my stay. Additionally, the air conditioning worked well, the room lighting was adequate, and the interior design looked modern and neat. Amenities such as a television, safe, mini-fridge, electric kettle, and Wi-Fi connection were also provided and in good condition. The hotel's cleanliness standards were also very satisfying. The bathroom was always clean, the floors were well-maintained, and toiletries were fully stocked. The towels provided were clean and regularly changed by housekeeping. I also found common areas like the lobby, corridors, and elevators to be consistently neat and well-maintained. Regarding food, the breakfast provided had a fairly diverse selection. There were local and international dishes suitable for various tastes. Food was always replenished, and the restaurant staff consistently ensured the dining area was clean. The food taste was also satisfying and of good quality. Although there were some menu items that could be improved, overall, the dining experience at this hotel was good. Other facilities provided also added value to my stay. The swimming pool was clean and suitable for the whole family. The fitness center was also equipped with sufficient basic equipment for daily workouts. Furthermore, the stable internet access made it easy for me to handle work and connect with family and friends throughout my stay. What I appreciated most was the hotel staff's willingness to help. All my inquiries and requests were handled quickly and professionally. They demonstrated a high level of customer service and always strived to ensure guests felt comfortable throughout their stay. However, there were a few minor things that could be improved. These included somewhat long elevator wait times during peak hours and slightly limited parking options when the hotel was full. Nevertheless, these issues did not significantly impact my overall experience. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The combination of a strategic location, comfortable rooms, high cleanliness standards, good food, and friendly service from the staff makes this hotel an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to family, friends, and anyone looking for comfortable and quality accommodation.
