"I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel and was especially impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. From the moment I arrived, the lobby looked spotless and welcoming, which gave a great first impression. The room itself was extremely clean, with fresh linens, neatly arranged furniture, and no signs of dust or dirt. The bathroom was also well taken care of, with all amenities properly stocked and sanitized. Housekeeping clearly does an excellent job, as the cleanliness was consistent throughout my stay. The environment felt comfortable and relaxing, making it easy to unwind after a long day. I also appreciated the attention to detail, as even small areas like hallways and common spaces were kept in great condition. Overall, I had a very positive experience. The high standard of cleanliness made my stay much more enjoyable, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hygienic place to stay."

"The host is Chinese, communication is seamless, and the host is very nice. The hotel is located near Queensbay Mall, Penang's largest shopping mall. Eating and drinking is very convenient, and the airport is also very close. Downstairs, there are various food stalls open late, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes at affordable prices. This room backs onto the five-star Marjorie Hotel, but it's definitely more cost-effective than a five-star hotel. The top floor, on the 42nd floor, features an infinity pool, a gym, and an incredible view. The kitchenware and seasonings provided by the host were basically sufficient. I only needed to go downstairs to buy some ingredients and cook delicious meals in my room. Thank you, host, for making our Penang trip a perfect ending. I'll stay at your place again next time I visit."

"This accommodation is located right in front of Nasi Kandar Penang Kayu which opens 24 hours. Queensbay mall is nearby and only takes around 15 mins to the airport (subject to traffic) so as we only stayed 1 night to catch an early flight, it was convenient - location wise. No wifi provided though. Really have table tennis/ping pong table, dart games and movie (we didnt watch any) as seen on the pictures. The building is a bit outdated though. The tenant contacted us directly via Whatsapp and the explanation about the facility was very very clear and helpful."

"I stayed here during a business trip in Penang and it was a great choice. The location is very convenient—only about 10 minutes from the airport, which made arrival and departure really easy. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, especially the large living room which was perfect for relaxing after work. The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped with everything I needed, making the stay feel very much like home. The bed deserves a special mention—it’s honestly one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. I really loved the place overall. The only small improvement I would suggest is adding a bedside or table lamp in the bedroom, as the lighting there could be a bit more cozy and practical. Would definitely stay here again."

"Wonderful stay. The apartment was very well equipped. Lots of cleaning supplies & washing detergent. Washing machine was so useful. Room was clean and modern. Building has a good sized infinity pool with a stunning view of Queensbay. A shallow pool for kids, playground, gym, kids play room, games room & chill out area. Only thing would be to add a convenience store on the ground floor but there is one across the road & vending machines on 13th floor. Security are always onsite and so friendly so makes you feel very safe."
