"Have booked last minute. The overall experience is good. Room is quite. But the corridors is a bit scary as total quite. It is a building for official space and room. Very basic facilities are provided by them but is enough for an overnight stay. Downstairs has some eating place and shop for u to buy drinks and food. The water provided are super tiny 2 bottles hence is not enough. If u are solo female and not too adventurous, u might feel unsafe. It is ok for me and I hv a good rest."

"Location: Iconic Regency is Service apartment style which located next to Iconic Marjorie Hotel. Facilities: Infinity swimming pool at 42 floor is great, with 4 feet depth. Gym room is next to pool. The room has washing machine, but the detergent is not provided. The owner is so kind sending the detergent for me to wash the clothes. Recommendation: 1) The one bedroom which stated for 3 adults, but the queen bed and one bed without bed frame to be considered for adult is unacceptable. 2) It's great if the checkout time to be 12pm instead of 11am. Anyway, thanks for letting me to extend for an hour. 3) The room is a bit smelly upon entering to the apartment. Please take necessary action."

"I stayed here during a business trip in Penang and it was a great choice. The location is very convenient—only about 10 minutes from the airport, which made arrival and departure really easy. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, especially the large living room which was perfect for relaxing after work. The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped with everything I needed, making the stay feel very much like home. The bed deserves a special mention—it’s honestly one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. I really loved the place overall. The only small improvement I would suggest is adding a bedside or table lamp in the bedroom, as the lighting there could be a bit more cozy and practical. Would definitely stay here again."

"Overall, the stay was quite pleasant, and the owner was very responsive. The view from the balcony was excellent. However, there are several issues I would like to highlight regarding my stay. Pros: There are several kopitiams nearby, and the food was quite delicious, such as Sri Nibong Cafe, Wo Lai Yeh Cafe, and Dhoby Ghaut Cafe. Cons: On the first night, I found a small cockroach hiding near the bed headboard. On the second day and again on the day of check-out, I encountered a rove beetle, which is considered a harmful insect as its toxin can cause skin irritation upon contact with human skin. I also noticed that the dustbin inside the toilet had not been fully cleared, as there was still rubbish left behind by the previous guest. Please ensure that hygiene standards and pest control measures are properly maintained for future guests. In addition, the water dispenser did not provide cold water and only had hot and warm water available, which was quite inconvenient."

The layout and amenities were generally satisfactory, and the stay was pleasant in many respects. However, there were two issues that affected the experience: • The dryer was not working properly, which caused inconvenience. • I found a cockroach at the extra bed, which raised concerns about cleanliness."

"Nice spacious unit suitable for family of 4. Easy check in check out. Just follow the instructions. Next to kedai Makan Kayu and Arab street corner shop serves tasty kunafe. The team let us keep bags until 2PM which is much appreciated"
