"Stayed for the 2nd time. Overall the location of the hotel is a strong advantage. So convenient walking distance to a variety of food options from mamak, nasi bryani, western food to pastry & coffee cafe. Basic toiletries only bottled body wash & shampoo provided. 3D2N stay but no room cleaning service provided eventho ‘please clean room’ sign was displayed. Was disappointing because our 1st stay at this hotel also no room cleaning service provided."

"Room is spacious and clean. Located around 20 mins to penang airport. Free parking is provided but registration is needed. Parking floor from 7th floor to 10th floor. Towel, body and hair shampoo is provided. Water pressure is high. Sadly, no extra toilet paper is provided. No water dispenser, may need to buy from outside. *tv might have some technical problems 😶"

"I stayed here during a business trip in Penang and it was a great choice. The location is very convenient—only about 10 minutes from the airport, which made arrival and departure really easy. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, especially the large living room which was perfect for relaxing after work. The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped with everything I needed, making the stay feel very much like home. The bed deserves a special mention—it’s honestly one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. I really loved the place overall. The only small improvement I would suggest is adding a bedside or table lamp in the bedroom, as the lighting there could be a bit more cozy and practical. Would definitely stay here again."

"This accommodation is located right in front of Nasi Kandar Penang Kayu which opens 24 hours. Queensbay mall is nearby and only takes around 15 mins to the airport (subject to traffic) so as we only stayed 1 night to catch an early flight, it was convenient - location wise. No wifi provided though. Really have table tennis/ping pong table, dart games and movie (we didnt watch any) as seen on the pictures. The building is a bit outdated though. The tenant contacted us directly via Whatsapp and the explanation about the facility was very very clear and helpful."

"This is a very new service apartment, spacious for my family of 4. The management of this homestay is very helpful to resolve some check in issues at security. As we booked this very last min, we were not able to get carpark in the building itself but management team gave good alternatives which is not too far off. Had a very pleasant stay and highly recommended!"

This made my travels much easier, as I didn't have to spend a lot of time moving from one location to another. The room provided was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. As soon as I entered the room, I felt a calm and pleasant atmosphere. The bed was very soft, ensuring quality sleep throughout my stay. Additionally, the air conditioning worked well, the room lighting was adequate, and the interior design looked modern and neat. Amenities such as a television, safe, mini-fridge, electric kettle, and Wi-Fi connection were also provided and in good condition. The hotel's cleanliness standards were also very satisfying. The bathroom was always clean, the floors were well-maintained, and toiletries were fully stocked. The towels provided were clean and regularly changed by housekeeping. I also found common areas like the lobby, corridors, and elevators to be consistently neat and well-maintained. Regarding food, the breakfast provided had a fairly diverse selection. There were local and international dishes suitable for various tastes. Food was always replenished, and the restaurant staff consistently ensured the dining area was clean. The food taste was also satisfying and of good quality. Although there were some menu items that could be improved, overall, the dining experience at this hotel was good. Other facilities provided also added value to my stay. The swimming pool was clean and suitable for the whole family. The fitness center was also equipped with sufficient basic equipment for daily workouts. Furthermore, the stable internet access made it easy for me to handle work and connect with family and friends throughout my stay. What I appreciated most was the hotel staff's willingness to help. All my inquiries and requests were handled quickly and professionally. They demonstrated a high level of customer service and always strived to ensure guests felt comfortable throughout their stay. However, there were a few minor things that could be improved. These included somewhat long elevator wait times during peak hours and slightly limited parking options when the hotel was full. Nevertheless, these issues did not significantly impact my overall experience. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The combination of a strategic location, comfortable rooms, high cleanliness standards, good food, and friendly service from the staff makes this hotel an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers.
