Cute space with a slide and swing, might be fun for families. Not the most convenient location but near the airport for transit flights.

I was very satisfied with my overall experience at this hotel! First and foremost, the most convenient aspect was the airport transfer service. The driver was punctual and friendly, making the journey from the airport to the hotel very smooth. I didn't have to worry about transportation or getting lost at all. This service is truly thoughtful, especially for first-time visitors to the city. The hotel's hygiene was also quite impressive. Whether it was the lobby, elevators, or inside the rooms, everything was meticulously cleaned, and the air was fresh with no unpleasant odors. The bed in the room was soft and comfortable, the bathroom was clean and tidy, and all the towels and amenities were well-stocked, making for a very reassuring stay. The daily cleaning service was also excellent; the staff would proactively clean and replenish daily necessities. The location was also fantastic. The hotel is situated in a very convenient area with many restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby. You can easily find food or daily essentials within a short walk. Whether you want to try local specialties or just grab a quick meal, it's incredibly easy. Moreover, the hotel is not far from shopping malls and public transportation, making it convenient for taking a taxi or public bus.

Worth the price, staff is friendly, hotel environment is clean. Location is convenient, walking distance to eateries and Sunshine mall. (Plenty of good choices for Halal and non-halal food) But if you are light sleeper, then this place might not be suitable for you. There is a big mosque nearby that will play prayers out loud 😭 Good if you are looking for places to pray.

The service is good but the Sound insulation no good. Can hear very noise sound in the early morning. Can the place is really narrow even the room or the toilet. That day we live got a towel it is wet in the toilet … maybe is no clean it or forget ? Not sure. The bed also got some stain but we just live one night so just ignore it. Hope to improve the sound insulation to let the customer sleep well and clean peoperly. Thanks

The environment is quiet and very comfortable, perfect for a couple's getaway. The staff are also very efficient; we got what we asked for in about 10 minutes. The front desk staff were also very patient. 🥰

I recently stayed at Eureka Hotel Penang, and overall, the experience was below expectations. Service: The service was average—nothing particularly outstanding or memorable. Facilities: The parking system was quite inconvenient and costly, especially for multiple entries and overnight stays. In addition, the environment was rather noisy, which made it difficult to rest comfortably. Cleanliness: This was the most disappointing aspect of the stay. The overall cleanliness was poor, and the toilet in particular was not properly cleaned(Urine Stain), which significantly affected the experience. Overall: There is room for improvement, particularly in cleanliness and facility management.

Pros: Decent Location: Centrally situated in George Town, making it relatively convenient to access nearby street food and local heritage sites. Cons: Terrible Soundproofing: The most frustrating part of the stay was the complete lack of noise isolation. You can hear virtually everything from adjacent rooms and the hallway—talking, TV noise, and doors slamming late into the night. Sleeping comfortably was nearly impossible. Cramped Rooms: The room size is extremely tight. There is barely enough space to open a large suitcase flat, and the layout feels restrictive and claustrophobic. Paid Parking: Unlike many hotels that offer complimentary guest parking, here you have to pay out of pocket for parking spaces, which adds unnecessary extra cost to an already underwhelming stay. Verdict: Unless you are on an extremely tight budget and plan to spend zero time resting in your room, it is hard to recommend. The lack of basic sleep quality and added parking hassle mean there are far better hotel choices nearby for the same price point.

Near to airprot. But no eatery nearby. Room is clean. No TV. No toiletries. Just shower foam. Quiet

The location is very convenient to access to convenience stores and eaters. However the cleanliness and exhaust ventilation of the hotel need to be improved and at least one receptionist should be around and not ask customer to call upon check-in or check-out
