"It's located a little further in from the main street, so it's quiet and peaceful. Staff was friendly and provided refreshments upon checking in. Rooms are very clean, and the room I chose was spacious with plenty of room for luggage and shopping. We took the breakfast package but didn't have time to try it due to our early flight. Thankfully there's a free shuttle bus service to and from the airport. Didn't really have time to enjoy the facilities but the swimming pool looks nice."

"Stayed for the 2nd time. Overall the location of the hotel is a strong advantage. So convenient walking distance to a variety of food options from mamak, nasi bryani, western food to pastry & coffee cafe. Basic toiletries only bottled body wash & shampoo provided. 3D2N stay but no room cleaning service provided eventho ‘please clean room’ sign was displayed. Was disappointing because our 1st stay at this hotel also no room cleaning service provided."

"The room was comfortable and well-sized, and the extra bed service was very professional. I arrived late, so I emailed ahead of time, and check-in was incredibly smooth. The biggest plus is its proximity to the airport, making it perfect for catching some sleep after a red-eye flight. After my whole trip in Malaysia, I realized this hotel offered one of the best lodging experiences. I really liked the decor. You barely hear any airplane noise at night."

"Overall, I had a pleasant stay and a good experience. The staff were all very polite, friendly, and helpful, which made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel itself is a little dated, and some areas could benefit from better maintenance. The tiles underneath the sink were cracked and looked as though they might come loose, which was a bit concerning. There were also some marks and stains around the sink area. They may simply be due to age or water stains, but they gave the bathroom a less clean appearance. One thing that concerned me was the presence of Charlie ants (rove beetles). We noticed them outside the room, and there were also quite a few in the steam room. Although the hotel has placed notices to warn guests about them, they are extremely small and difficult to spot unless you look very carefully. Since contact with them can cause skin irritation, it was a little worrying. Overall, the staff provided excellent service, and we enjoyed our stay. I hope the hotel can improve the maintenance of the facilities and continue taking measures to reduce the presence of Charlie ants, as these improvements would make the experience even better."

"The hotel is a bit old, and the air conditioning in the bedroom was so noisy it made it hard to get a good night's sleep. However, there are lots of food stalls nearby, and it's very close to Queensbay Mall, which is a plus. I mainly want to commend Raymon (the young man with glasses) at the front desk. He went out of his way to help me, a foreigner, when I didn't have enough cash for a food delivery, and even asked if I needed cutlery. I'm very grateful for his help! Because of him, I'd still trust this hotel for my next business trip."

"I had a pleasant stay at Iconic Marjorie Hotel during my business trip. The hotel offers a modern and comfortable environment that’s perfect for both work and relaxation. "Haha, it’s me again staying at this hotel! The hotel still maintains a very good standard, and the environment is comfortable and pleasant. I noticed the breakfast area has been renovated and upgraded, making it look even nicer and more welcoming. I highly recommend guests to try their breakfast — the fruits are very fresh, and the food is delicious with plenty of choices. Overall, another satisfying stay and I will definitely come back again!"

"Really enjoyed my stay at Eastin Hotel Penang. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel location is excellent, with Queensbay Mall right next door and easy access to the airport.
