"This hotel is right next to the airport. When you check in, just mention to the front desk that you need airport transfer service, and they'll help you arrange it. The area around the hotel is quite sparse, with not much to explore. You can take a taxi to Queensbay Mall if you want to go shopping. The breakfast buffet is 35 MYR per person and is generally decent, though it's a shame they don't have coffee available. Getting around mainly relies on taxis. Fortunately, taxi fares in Penang aren't too high. However, be aware that traffic can get quite congested during morning and evening rush hours, so it's a good idea to allow for some extra travel time."

"Have booked last minute. The overall experience is good. Room is quite. But the corridors is a bit scary as total quite. It is a building for official space and room. Very basic facilities are provided by them but is enough for an overnight stay. Downstairs has some eating place and shop for u to buy drinks and food. The water provided are super tiny 2 bottles hence is not enough. If u are solo female and not too adventurous, u might feel unsafe. It is ok for me and I hv a good rest."

Cons: Terrible Soundproofing: The most frustrating part of the stay was the complete lack of noise isolation. You can hear virtually everything from adjacent rooms and the hallway—talking, TV noise, and doors slamming late into the night. Sleeping comfortably was nearly impossible. Cramped Rooms: The room size is extremely tight. There is barely enough space to open a large suitcase flat, and the layout feels restrictive and claustrophobic. Paid Parking: Unlike many hotels that offer complimentary guest parking, here you have to pay out of pocket for parking spaces, which adds unnecessary extra cost to an already underwhelming stay. Verdict: Unless you are on an extremely tight budget and plan to spend zero time resting in your room, it is hard to recommend. The lack of basic sleep quality and added parking hassle mean there are far better hotel choices nearby for the same price point."
