"This was my first time in Turkey, and I decided to book this room for 4 days, paying around 8,000 [currency, e.g., Rubles]. I thought it was an amazing price and there must be a catch, but everything turned out great! It's a good hotel; not luxurious, but definitely not terrible either. Mostly, I just came back to sleep and eat, and they have breakfast too. I recommend it!!! The only thing is that it's right in the center, and it's a bit of a tough walk to get there, but if you're young, you'll have no problem getting around on foot."

"Great location, everything is close by, and the neighborhood is simply fantastic. The apartment itself is amazing, very clean, and check-in was contactless. Towels were changed regularly (I'd seen comments about a fee for this, but it was all fine). All necessary amenities were provided (air conditioning, complete tableware for 2-3 people, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, etc.). However, I did have an issue with the refrigerator in my room – the freezer wasn't working, and the fridge itself wasn't cooling very well. I needed to store vaccines in the fridge and ice in the freezer, but the administrator quickly resolved this issue, for which I'm very grateful. The only downside to these apartments is the bar across the street. But you get so tired during the day that you just fall asleep and don't hear a thing. The team is always available via WhatsApp and will answer all your questions."

"Great location in a picturesque area of Istanbul. There's a mini-supermarket right across the street. Grand Bazaar and Sultanahmet are within walking distance. Overall, it's clean. The room price is excellent. The room has a fridge, kettle, dishes, and a microwave. It was warm, which was important given the chilly spring weather. Very good for a budget traveler."

"Good location, very near to Takzim Square, Galatasaray Tower &:famous Istiklal street. Friendly & helpful staf-, Mr Mehmet advised us how to go around & help us to carry our luggage bags to the room n even to the taxi waited at the main road. Anyway, need to share this experience bros b4 that had read about it in other reviews for other hotels. When we wanted to check in, was told that the staffs made a mistake, our room already given to somebody. We were suggested to stay in another room in other hotel nearby owned by the same company. Actually b4 we booked this hotel, we booked other hotel ( short form : L.... A.... Hotel), they only called up us that morning said that mistake was made, all room r full. Suggested that we stay in a better room but need to pay extra 50 Euro. We didn't take up the offer cos felt that they r not honest."

"The hotel is really good and clean, and it smells wonderful inside. The location is super convenient, just a two-minute walk from the metro. There's a huge shopping mall, Cevahir, just one stop away! They even gave us a basket full of goodies when we checked in! There's plenty of dishware, lots of towels, shampoo, and shower gel – everything you need! I loved everything about it! There are a few minor downsides, which weren't a big deal for me, but they are worth mentioning. During our six-night stay, our room was never cleaned, even though the admin told us via WhatsApp that cleaning happens every two days. But we didn't get any cleaning at all. Also, be aware that there are many cafes and pubs near the hotel. We could hear conversations and music from the street at night, which didn't bother us too much, but it was noticeable. Another thing is that the rooms are a bit dimly lit. Maybe it's for energy saving, I'm not sure, but it always felt dark to me. We turned on all the lights, but it didn't help much, so we had to open the curtains to get some light. It's a shame there's no washing machine, but I guess that's how they make extra money, haha! 😄 Overall, everything was great, and it didn't spoil our vacation."

"Excellent location, staff is very friendly. The only minus is steep stairs if you settle above 2 floors. We were set up on 4 floors but reported baggage when settle and exit no problem. No problem offered a room for 1 floor accommodation, but there was a strong smell of tobacco. Hotel recommends, staff always go to the front if the room is not suitable. And location is just super! Everything is near, and it is convenient to get to or to get to the main attractions."

"Review of Pera Sultan suit: Hotel was booked for 2 person, I told in advance what will we need: expat pillows, blankets, plates with cups, cutlery ets. Send messages few times and got reply, so all will be ready. First day, I arrived, while check told about second person who will arrive next day. (All was in booking). When next morning second person arrive they didn’t let check in that easy seems in booking was only one person, even if other person showed his name in booking and all details. Reception didn’t open door from the room seems they don’t have extra key, so woke me up to open the door by myself! First day when I enter to the room, floor was dirty and there was no dishes, only one blanket and added few pillows, but only decor pillows. Actually it was only kettle and 2 small plastic glass with water to drink. When I asked about cups they showed me plastic. It was weird bcz I asked them in advance and also how I can put hot water there, have no idea. So asked them again and owner take me to the room where I told some plates, cups and other stuff like that. Next day (second day) was asked about cleaning. Because for sure the first day nobody clean anything, so answer was “ones in 3 days”, and was not matter of floor was dirty from the first day. Most needed things got from the reception. I could say thanks, but for sure it should be in the room from the beginning. Requested quiet room on booking and in the end somebody was building house next to the hotel. And get ready to listen azan 5 times per day pretty loud. Also the is no space to keep things like shampoo or others on the bathroom. Balcony was nice, nobody was cleaning the floor there while staying, but it supposed to. Also first cleaning was the 5th day. I guess ones in 3 days was accepted wrong, ones in 4-5 days usually. Floor wasn’t clean very well, seems nobody never washed the floor in the living room. Just changing towels and bedsheets. Also clean towels and bedsheets doesn’t mean very clean, always was somebody’s hairs on there. Comfortable location, there are few shops nearby so u always can buy some water, vegetables etc. Close to Taksim metro station. Only few days we saw the guy in reception who speaks English. Son of owners. Most of the time was people who wasn’t able to understand or speak English, it makes things a bit harder. But room was pretty light, with good curtains. They accept dollars, Turkish lira, Euro in reception . I didn’t make lots of pics (wasn’t sure if want to give a feedback, but can be useful). The plates on pic I took from kitchen of owner family to use. Mostly staying was ok, could be much better. Thanks."

"Stayed here for one night. The room had everything I needed, including two hairdryers! I was greeted very warmly, and check-in was swift. Even after checking out, I was sitting in the lobby when I experienced my first 6.2 magnitude earthquake. It was a bit scary, but the hotel held up well. The metro station is just a 7-minute walk away, there's a fantastic park nearby, and plenty of affordable cafes for a meal."

"These are magnificent apartments! A new building five minutes' walk from the Taksim metro station. The street is quiet. The apartment itself is brand new, fragrant, and all the furniture and appliances are new. I had a superior one-bedroom suite on the third floor, facing the courtyard. It was the quietest apartment imaginable. The windows have excellent soundproofing; you couldn't hear a sound, and I didn't hear my neighbors either (I don't know if the rooms next to it were occupied). TV, WiFi - everything was fine. The bedroom has a very comfortable orthopedic mattress, good bed linen, and towels. The bathroom has everything you need - dental kit, cotton pads and swabs, shower caps, and even a nail file, shampoo, shower gel, and soap. An excellent, powerful hair dryer. The staff is impeccable! Everyone I met was very polite. At the reception, a young man, Mehmet, and a charming girl, Gulia, were both simply incredible! They were the epitome of hospitality! I was allowed an early check-in (at 12 noon) and a late check-out (at 5 p.m.), which was absolutely wonderful! In short, the apartment exceeded all my expectations! If you're looking for a quiet, spotlessly clean apartment, this is it!"
