Find Condos in Istanbul

"Good location, very near to Takzim Square, Galatasaray Tower &:famous Istiklal street. Friendly & helpful staf-, Mr Mehmet advised us how to go around & help us to carry our luggage bags to the room n even to the taxi waited at the main road. Anyway, need to share this experience bros b4 that had read about it in other reviews for other hotels. When we wanted to check in, was told that the staffs made a mistake, our room already given to somebody. We were suggested to stay in another room in other hotel nearby owned by the same company. Actually b4 we booked this hotel, we booked other hotel ( short form : L.... A.... Hotel), they only called up us that morning said that mistake was made, all room r full. Suggested that we stay in a better room but need to pay extra 50 Euro. We didn't take up the offer cos felt that they r not honest."

"Excellent hotel in a convenient location! The interior is just incredible, with high ceilings and a good renovation; it has everything you need. It's a 7-minute walk to the Tophane tram stop and 10 minutes to Galataport. Istiklal Street is very close by, along with tons of vintage shops, souvenir stalls, and a couple of supermarkets. My friends and I stayed for a week and loved everything. Housekeeping was done upon request. And the hotel always smelled wonderfully clean! The staff was pleasant, and Tammem quickly answered all our questions and helped resolve any issues. We will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Istanbul. Many thanks to the hotel for such great living conditions! ❤️"

"Pera Sultan is a family-owned small hotel business. The family is very friendly and helpful if you need anything. Despite language barriers, we were able to communicate with the family, especially with their son, who spoke some English. We stayed there 18 days, and we felt like home. They cleaned our room every 3 days or twice a week. I recommend they install a coat hanger since the room is small for couples. The hotel is safe, and the neighborhood is safe with shops, restaurants, and more. I really recommend Pera Sultan if you are on average budget and planning to stay in Istanbul for weeks. The young man recommended that we visit Bursa and Princess Island, and we did. It was really awesome. Thank you, Pera Sultan, for your hospitality. We hope to see each other again sometime in the future."

"Stayed here for one night. The room had everything I needed, including two hairdryers! I was greeted very warmly, and check-in was swift. Even after checking out, I was sitting in the lobby when I experienced my first 6.2 magnitude earthquake. It was a bit scary, but the hotel held up well. The metro station is just a 7-minute walk away, there's a fantastic park nearby, and plenty of affordable cafes for a meal."

In Istanbul, an unpacked brick sloped mountain road, and one of them, Galata, this hostel is on a paved road, and the metro, tram and ferry are connected to a paved road. The big supermarket under the Galata Tower is good to buy what you need, including water, with a credit card, and the pani is close. Especially, you must buy a large amount of juice that you have made yourself juiced orange for 110 lira, and orange juice here. This building has no elevator, it is a narrow half-circle staircase, so it is a bit difficult to move a large and heavy carrier. I contacted the problem that hot water didn't come out, and it was solved immediately, so I used warm water throughout my stay. However, the water pressure is weak. There is an air conditioner, so it can be air-conditioned, but the air conditioner smells a little. There is no toothpaste, soap, or shampoo you need to wash, so you need to be prepared. (Shampoo body detergent is available) Towel replacement and drinking water supply were available when it came in, and there was no additional supply because there was no request separately. Overall, I am very very satisfied. I am willing to use it again."

"If you are here for vacation and have a limited budget, you can consider this hotel. It is in the old town and has a good location. You can reach the attractions by walking. The breakfast room is a terrace and there is no air conditioning in winter."

"Location is very near Taksim Square and also to both Istanbul Airport and Sabiha Airport bus stop. 5 to 10 min relaxing walk. No need to worry how to get to the airport. The accomodation itself, big room and bathroom with kitchenette. No stove but given fidge and microwave oven. Full kitchen is available on the ground floor for free use 24/7. Abdullah is a great host. Recommended if anyone wants conveniences. You get what you pay."

"We chose it mainly because of its Istanbul sea view. The scenery is also top-notch. Because of this view, our room will have several steps. The inconvenience is understandable, and the luggage is almost the boss one. The air conditioner that is carried up is also powerful. The balcony is very spacious. The boss is also enthusiastic and willing to help with any problems. It’s just that the location of the apartment is a little hard to find (first time). If it’s one or two beautiful women, you have to worry a little bit about yourself. Because the main entrance is in a small alley, it’s hard to get in and out of the big car.
