"I used this hotel for a transit layover. When I arrived, they helped me with my luggage and even gave me a gift. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are all very kind. There's also complimentary water in the room. It's really good! I would definitely like to stay here again. You can get to the hotel by taxi or the H6 airport bus. It's a little hard to find when coming from the airport, but if you go down to the shuttle bus floor and head to the very back right, there's a bus stop. That's also quite tricky to spot, so it's best to ask a staff member for directions."

"The cleanliness was acceptable. However, the breakfast was significantly worse compared to Hampton Inns of similar price in Berlin. The soundproofing wasn't great, and my room even shared a connecting structure with the next door room, separated only by two doors. Of course, the most crucial factor for me was the location, which I found inconvenient. Although it was advertised as not far from the square, the route was very convoluted. It was quite a hassle with luggage, involving uphill climbs and stairs – a real test of stamina. If you're using transportation like taxis for your entire trip, then it might not be an issue. But if you're also an avid walker, you should definitely consider this."

"This is a good little hotel for unpretentious travelers. There's a modest breakfast. Throughout the day, you can help yourself to tea and also take water to your room. The room is small, with air conditioning, a fridge, and a TV. In the bathroom, there's a hairdryer, shampoo, and shower gel. It's a shame there's no kettle in the room. Housekeeping is every other day. It's located on a shopping street, but it gets quiet at night. Nearby, there's a currency exchange with good rates, as well as private grocery stores and two cafes where you can eat well, though it's not cheap, like everywhere in Istanbul nowadays. A 5-minute walk from the hotel is a tram that can take you to all the main attractions. At the hotel reception, there's a girl named Zulya who speaks good Russian and is always helpful. A big thank you to her."

"The double room (room 202) was very nice. It was tastefully decorated and hotel renovation was apparently only recently completed in early 2026. We could not hear noise from the street or calls to prayer from the 2 nearby mosques. However we had disturbed sleep for 2 nights of our 4-night stay because of young inconsiderate female guests coming to their rooms in the early hours of the morning laughing and banging doors and going to and from each others rooms. They woke us up and kept us awake because we could hear their conversation and merriment through the walls. However night staff on the floor below were either unaware of it or ignored it. On the positive side the day staff were smiling and friendly, and the breakfast buffet was varied, tasty and more than adequate. But it's the broken sleep that leaves me still annoyed and spoiled an otherwise great stay in a great location near to the old town, and tram and train lines that made getting around so easy and affordable."

"We arrived at night. We arranged a room. We took the prepayment for the transfer to the airport 20th (~17th cost to the hotel). The room was unbearable hot, behind the window noisy, so not to open, there was no remote from the air conditioner. I didn't think to ask the staff to reduce the temperature. They tried to do everything themselves. With transfer accounting, it turns out about 60 euros, which is no longer enough. Plus inconvenience with temperature and noise. The second time wouldn't go here"

"We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is unbeatable incredibly close to great local markets, fantastic restaurants, and public transportation, making it so easy to explore the city. The entire hotel, including our room, was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Every morning started perfectly with a delicious and diverse breakfast that offered plenty of great options. What really made our stay memorable was the exceptional hospitality. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pisa and would definitely stay here again"
