"I had an excellent stay at **Triada Residence hotel **** I would especially like to thank the daytime receptionist, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. We were welcomed with traditional Turkish tea, and he kindly helped us check in earlier than the scheduled time. We had just arrived after a long journey, so this thoughtful gesture made a big difference and was greatly appreciated. The breakfast was another highlight of our stay. It offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, making it easy for everyone to find something they enjoyed. The hotel has two buildings: one is located on the corner, as shown in the photos, and the other is set a little farther inside, where we stayed. We found it to be quiet, comfortable, and very pleasant. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The staff were welcoming, the rooms were clean, and the location was excellent. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area."

What truly elevates the experience, however, is the outstanding team—every staff member I encountered was remarkably helpful, genuinely friendly, and went out of their way to ensure my stay was seamless, making this solo traveler feel thoroughly cared for and wishing I had booked here from day one rather than discovering it at the tail end of my journey. The culinary offerings right downstairs are a delight, with a charming bakery for morning treats and incredible kebab shops for quick, authentic meals, while the nearby Faros restaurant is an absolute must-visit for a memorable sit-down dinner. Polished, welcoming, and imbued with a warmth that makes it a true home away from home, this hotel is an unequivocal treasure I cannot recommend highly enough for any visitor to Istanbul."

"The hotel's location is excellent, just a two-minute walk to Taksim Square, where you'll find all the transportation options: bus, metro, and funicular. There are plenty of cafes nearby, and Istiklal Street is also close, offering a shopping mall and numerous shops. There's even a canteen where you can enjoy a full meal. The rooms are a bit small but come with a kettle. They provide daily complimentary water, tea bags, coffee, and milk. For a three-star hotel, it's fantastic. However, there's one big drawback: noise and music all night long. The air conditioning is weak; if it works, it blows directly on you. Even with the windows closed, it's still noisy! The music and shouts from the street only subside around 6 AM, when the cleaning staff starts working with their sweeping machines. If it weren't for the noise, this hotel would be excellent!"

"The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Istiklal Avenue. It's close to the metro station and attractions. The hotel entrance is a bit hidden. I recommend staying in a sea view room, preferably facing the 5006 direction. If you're looking to save some money, a standard room is fine too; the breakfast is on the top floor and offers an even better view than the sea view rooms. The room itself was a little small and felt a bit cramped. However, it was very clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. There were a few minor issues: the bathroom door handle and various corners throughout the room were quite sharp and could easily cause scratches, so you need to be careful."

"The location is fantastic, and the surrounding area is bustling. The only downside is that you have to take a roundabout way to get to the beach, and taxi drivers often confuse this hotel with the Kempinski next door. 😀"

"Awesome: location, price, aircon Good: beds, lift Poor: internet, mouldy bathrooms, unreplenished tea and coffee, four reports of mould in bathrooms, tv didn't operate Bathrooms were done 50% after 2nd report, 75% after 3rd report We had two rooms. 2nd room was better. The photos and reviews rate this an 8/10. That's fraudulent IMO."

"The hotel was really clean, and the staff were super nice and welcoming. When we arrived, they gave us water, which was such a nice gesture. The room felt cozy, and the mattress was so comfortable—I slept really well. I honestly had a great stay and would definitely come back."

"This hotel is absolutely fantastic! First off, the location is superb – super close to the tram, bus, metro, and even the ferry terminal to cross over to the Asian side. Incredibly convenient! Also, Sam was incredibly welcoming and hospitable, and the rest of the hotel staff were very friendly too! The front desk guy on our second morning even recommended a great breakfast spot to us!"
