The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient for transport. The room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was meticulous, making for a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff were warm and friendly, and even upgraded our room type for free. The breakfast was a fantastic mix of Western and Chinese options, and the whole family was very satisfied. It's a bit strange; it claims to be a family-friendly hotel, yet it lacks bed rails. Other children's amenities, however, are quite complete. As a five-star hotel, looking at customers while speaking is basic, right? The receptionist, Chen Xiaomei, was expressionless and had a terrible attitude; she didn't even look up when I spoke to her. After checking in, I wasn't satisfied with the room type and asked Chen Xiaomei if I could pay for an upgrade. She didn't even look up and simply said there were no rooms available. I checked Ctrip, and there were still many rooms available. Clearly having rooms available, yet refusing to allow customers to pay for an upgrade and failing to communicate with customers is extremely incompetent. This service is worse than a 50 RMB restaurant down the mountain. My takeout arrived, but I wasn't in the room at the moment. I told the front desk I'd deliver it in five minutes. Three minutes later, I returned to the room to find a robot waiting at the door—I was helpless. The front desk really seems like a makeshift operation. I found a huge ant on the bed. The doorman, cleaning lady, and restaurant staff were all very friendly. I've also seen several complaints about the front desk on Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform). It hasn't improved after all this time; maybe the front desk staff are all people with connections.
