It was a very pleasant accommodation arrangement. The hotel is located in Baili Plaza in the center of Yangjiang City. When booking, two breakfasts were provided. My child is almost 1.5 meters tall, so normally I should buy breakfast for one more person. Manager Guo on duty immediately provided breakfast for my child. I was very grateful. He also repeatedly asked if there was enough drinking water. It was very thoughtful and I was really touched! The other staff were also enthusiastic and professional! The hotel facilities are also very good and well maintained! The price/performance ratio is very high, thumbs up! ! !

The hotel's design and decor are aesthetically pleasing. The rooms have separate wet and dry areas, are spacious and comfortable, and the toiletries are of very good quality, showing attention to detail. The breakfast is very plentiful and well-prepared. During this business trip, I found parking convenient, and although located in a bustling area, it felt very quiet and comfortable. Overall, it offers excellent value for money! Booked this hotel in advance for my vacation here. It's really easy to find, and the surroundings are great. The staff are so warm and attentive, and the room they arranged was spotless with fantastic natural light. All the toiletries and amenities you could need are provided, and the facilities are comprehensive. Excellent value for money! Highly recommended!

the hotel is well equiped but maintenance is poor, eg the toilet washing was not working. Having said that, the breakfast was decent and reasonably good for the price.

The room features convenient smart voice control – you just need to speak, which is great. It was also very clean, and the air conditioning was cool enough. The bathroom was spotless too, and there were no strange odors anywhere in the room. The voice control can even be set as an alarm, so no worries about oversleeping. I had a very comfortable stay. The hotel is also very close to the beach, and the beach at night was incredibly lively. You can even buy fireworks nearby and set them off. It’s a perfect spot for a vacation.

Another small surprise is that coffee was given when leaving the store, which made people feel very thoughtful. The only drawback is that the wireless network signal in the room is not very stable, and it occasionally disconnects. Although it doesn't last long, it may cause a little trouble for people who need to be online all the time. However, the overall service and environment are satisfactory. It would be perfect if the network could be more stable! I will consider staying next time if I have the chance.

Very satisfied with the hotel booked for this trip, the hotel is very close to the attraction Shili Yintan, and it is not far from several other sea areas. The front desk service was very good, the check-in process was fast, and later it was reflected that there was noise upstairs and it was solved quickly~ The accommodation environment was also unexpected, the bed was very soft, as a person who had a need for bedding, this price can be exchanged for such a comfortable experience is simply super Worth it. We booked a lake view room. During the Qingming Festival, the scenery was dreamy and intoxicating! The room was very clean and well-equipped, especially the faucet had a large water flow, which was very refreshing! The only drawback was that as a five-star hotel in the city, the supporting health facilities were seriously insufficient, and there was no simple table tennis room, which was disappointing😔

High-floor sea view, came with 2 complimentary tickets to the outdoor water park downstairs. The staff upgraded us for free to a high-floor sea-view twin room. The hotel facilities are relatively new, but the downstairs pool closes at 6:30 PM. The beautiful view certainly lifted my spirits, but my good mood was dampened by a few issues. I recommend the hotel addresses these: 1. The light from the north corridor shines into the room through the bathroom glass (the ventilation fan faces the north corridor). There's no way to block the morning sun, so if you're sensitive to light, you'll be woken up. The single layer of frosted film isn't enough; I suggest adding a blackout curtain. 2. For a hotel renovated in 2026, the TV is outdated and doesn't offer screen mirroring. This is inconsistent with the price point, the beautiful sea view, and the modern front desk. 3. I reported to the front desk that the showerhead wasn't staying in its holder. Customer service responded quickly, but since I was only staying for one night, I didn't push for an immediate fix. I hope this is an isolated issue in only a few rooms. I urge your hotel to pay attention to these details and make immediate improvements to elevate the quality of your hardware and ensure a comprehensive improvement in hotel service quality.
