Great
AAnonymous UserThe worker at the check in was very intrusive with his questions. Asking why are we checking in when we’re just living in Regensburg, as if we’re not allowed to stay at a hotel just because we live in Regensburg. Told us there was no parking available anywhere in their hotel so we had to find a parking on the streets which was very hard to find. Room was very clean though.
GGuest UserA very nice and clean hotel!
The staff was very nice and premature!
The indoor pool and outdoor pool very nice!
The food is just delicious 😋
We will certainly come back again!
GGuest UserThe hotel has very well liked us, the room was quite large and the staff very friendly. The car route is a bit costly, but also feasible. We are happy to come back.
GGuest UserRooms were clean and well maintained, staff friendly and attentive for both hotel and restaurant.
They were in the middle of an electrical referb so all the corridors were filled with protective carpeting, hanging wires and workers.
Rooms could do with AC, it got warm and humid.
GGuest UserWhen booking this hotel, I didn't say the different room types clearly. It was in a different building. There is a room type that is across the road. It is the kind of old house. There is no elevator. I have to carry my luggage to the 3rd floor. The experience is very poor.
