CCarolina LanVery good, very satisfied, very clean, tidy, comfortable and professional, the bed is very comfortable, and the floor-to-ceiling windows have a beautiful view.
The public area is elegant and the elevator goes directly to the underground mall, which is very convenient.
The area where it is located, San Pedro, is also very safe and clean. Recommended, I will stay here again next time I go to Monterrey on a business trip.

The on-site dining options were fantastic, offering a variety of delicious dishes that catered to every palate. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, featuring fresh fruits, pastries, and made-to-order options.
The hotel's location is also a significant plus, with easy access to local attractions and shopping. After a day of exploring, I appreciated the serene ambiance of the pool area—perfect for relaxation.

AAnonymous UserThe location has nothing to say. The transportation is convenient to the city center. It is a very cost-effective hotel. There are quite a lot of Chinese people living there. I have encountered a lot. The downside is that the breakfast choice is relatively small and the end is relatively early. It is completely customized for cattle and horses.

SSuchengdaxiaThe room is in a first-class location. I didn't have much hope for the hotel in downtown. I didn't expect to find it unusual after I actually stayed. There are various businesses downstairs, and the small bar on the second floor is suitable for taking pictures. Stayed several times.

GGuest UserLocated 5 minutes away from downtown Monterrey and right by a medical center, this hotel has a lot to offer. I was here for an eye exam and it was such a convenience staying right next to the center. Instead of going out for something to eat, I was able to Uber Eats the food to the hotel. Front desk is very accommodating and friendly. Room is clean. I would definitely stay again!

GGaowanboThe hotel staff speaks Spanish! The self-service American breakfast is okay, you can eat whatever you want (fruit/milk/bread/coffee/tea bags/cake). There is a 711 small supermarket within 200 meters, and there is a Herb supermarket and shopping center 1 kilometer away.
