Niagara County Hotels with Gym

Although it is a bit far from Niagara Falls, it takes about 40 minutes to drive. This hotel is very cost-effective, the room is spacious and clean, the breakfast in the morning is quite satisfactory, and the front desk service is very friendly!

Great value for money, just a 5-minute walk from the waterfall scenic area, and plenty of shops around the hotel. Although it's an older hotel with a design from over a decade ago, it's been recently renovated. Overall, it's pretty good; the bathroom fixtures are new, there's new carpeting, and no strange smells in the room. The bed is also comfortable. The front desk staff are friendly and efficient.

We tried to check in a little early, no problem being told, ”rooms not ready yet.” Told to come back in one hour. We did and was told rooms still not ready, come back in another hour. We did and was told only ONE of our TWO rooms were ready, the other wasn't clean yet. We were given the key to the one room and decided to stay there until the other was finished and ready for us. It was a very wet and cold day outside. We needed the heater turned on to make the room comfortable. Smoke immediately started coming from the unit. I went to front desk to advise them of the issue hoping we could get better accommodations. The front desk attendant, Mark, was extremely helpful. He came up to inspect the unit and immediately unplugged it. Then he decided to check the other room were to be staying in and IT WAS CLEAN. He was just not told it was cleaned. The staff cleaning the rooms were at the end of the hall standing around barely making an effort. Long story short, the facility was in a great location, Mark, the front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful, but the cleanliness and maintenance of the Comfort Inn was lacking.

I recommend this hotel. Amazing breakfast, small pool ( really good for kids ) polite staff, coffee machine on the first floor with a good coffee, tea ( green and black), hot cocoa. Clean rooms.

Although no breakfast provided, but I really appreciated the 24hours complimentary coffee, tea and hot water at the lobby. Definitely recommend this place if you wish for a cozy nights at Niagara Falls, strategic location and comfortable hotel. Niagara park is just a few steps away!

The room was very clean and spacious but the balcony was very dirty and had a dead bird which was never removed even though it was brought to their attention. The room had a microwave which was convenient. Niagara was like a 20 minutes walk away and the trail was beautiful to get there. Other hotels are closer to Niagara tho. The hotel staff did not seem to understand what was included in the booking as he was new and told us breakfast was included but it wasn’t. Had to go quite a distance to a Walmart. Overall, there are better options closer to Niagara and the main areas with lots of options to shop and dine.

Around Niagara Falls, there is a 10-driving distance from the waterfall. Free parking, delicious breakfast and warm service staff. It is important to be careful that the price doubles on weekends. Fortunately we met a group of young Chinese postdoctoral students and took our old couple to visit various attractions of the Great Falls...a wonderful experience

Facilities: Complete Hygiene: clean Environment: Comfortable Service: Thoughtful The hotel is fully equipped, clean and tidy and comfortable, the environment is beautiful, the service attitude is warm and thoughtful, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, and the sleep is comfortable. I will visit again next time.

Worth the price, clean n big room. breakfast is good. Close to casino, A&W just next to hotel. 10 mins walk to Niagara Falls. Strongly recommended.

Location: Although the location is great as this hotel is very close to the visitor center. But at night the area around the hotel is very dark and seems unsafe. Front Desk: A little too preoccupied with process and not really great at communication. We had booked a room with two queen beds online and paid in advance. At the hotel we requested if the same can be changed to one king size bed - the receptionist foolishly changed the room to one queen bed room !! Restaurant: Great staff, very helpful and inviting and always ready to explain even the most basic things to foreigner like myself. Cleanliness: Great Job !!
