GGuest UserThe hotel I stayed in on a business trip was next to a not very authentic Chinese restaurant, but the location of the hotel was still very good, and it was no problem to stay overnight. I accidentally left my key in the room, and when I ran to the front desk before 5 a.m., the guy was on duty. Thumbs up! But the breakfast was a bit makeshift, hahaha, it was quite simple.

GGuest UserI don't know why I was charged 40 dollars for checking out of 2 rooms. They gave me the contact information of a manager and asked me to find the manager. I checked out at 4 o'clock. It's not too much trouble to find the manager.

GGerry KangIt is located in Troy, so the location is very convenient. First of all, the breakfast is very bad. (Plastic used, no fruit, etc.) Other than that, it is very quiet, and it is a good value for money place to stay for business trips.

GGuest UserMy experience at this hotel was wonderful I only had one complaint and that was the washers and dryers suck they need new ones and the prices didn't make no sense but overall the staff was wonderful especially Louise he was great he was here when I checked in the breakfast was nice really didn't get in the pool because we was here for a baseball game but it looked nice I will come back again and I will recommend
