Highly recommended, a solid five-star experience! The cleanliness was impeccable, every area spotless, which put me completely at ease. Service was incredibly responsive; even when I needed a charger in the middle of the night, it was delivered within minutes. The [specific breakfast dish] at breakfast was an absolute standout and instantly brightened my day. Whether you're traveling for business or with family, you absolutely can't go wrong with this place. I'm already planning to recommend it to all my friends.

Riverside view gym, surrounded by a street full of delicious food, a prime location. The breakfast is rich, the environment is beautiful and pleasant, and the facilities are complete. Last summer, we stayed at the Habsburg for four days, and this summer, my family and I chose the Habsburg again. It's the familiar location, familiar warm service staff, and familiar breakfast taste. The hotel's breakfast and service are the biggest highlights. Breakfast is served until 12 PM, so you can eat your fill and have a good lunch. The restaurant and front desk staff are warm and attentive, always ready to help. The concierge at the front desk proactively helped with our large luggage. The consistently excellent service is commendable. Wishing the Habsburg Hotel continued success!

This stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is superb, with easy access to transportation, and plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy, with soft, skin-friendly bedding that ensured a great night's sleep every night. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making check-in quick and efficient, and they even offered thoughtful local recommendations. A special shout-out to the housekeeping staff; they kept the room spotless every day and replenished supplies promptly. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering a good mix of Chinese and Western options to suit various tastes. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to the city!

This hotel is in an excellent location, just a 3-minute walk from popular attractions like Saint Sophia Cathedral, Daoli Market, and Central Street. It's a quiet haven in a bustling area, with the perfect balance. The street downstairs isn't overly crowded or noisy, and getting a taxi is very convenient. The room facilities are quite new, and the layout is well-designed. Upon entering, there's a wardrobe area for luggage, followed by the bedroom and bathroom. The mini-fridge offers unlimited complimentary Coca-Cola and Sprite. We also received a Kvass drink as a welcome gift. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, including local specialties like 'dacha porridge' (corn porridge) and red sausage. The cantaloupe was very sweet. Service: The front desk staff were warm and attentive. The young lady with glasses who helped me check in provided excellent service.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, right at the entrance of Central Street. Turn right out of the hotel and you're there. A straight walk from there to Saint Sophia Cathedral is super convenient. There are many nice restaurants nearby too, like Qiulin Russian Restaurant, Laochujia Guobaorou, and Madieer Ice Cream Parlor… extremely convenient. The hotel provides breakfast, and while the variety isn't huge, the taste is good. Milk, soy milk, bread and jam, Chinese fried dough sticks, plain congee, and stir-fries – all delicious. My only slight regret is the limited fruit selection, just cherry tomatoes. Perhaps due to its prime location, the room wasn't very big. But it was perfectly fine for three people. It's small but has everything you need! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Harbin!

There were so many hotels near Central Street, I was overwhelmed! I finally decided to go with an international chain, figuring they'd have consistent standards, and thankfully, it didn't disappoint. It's right next to Central Street and Zhaolin Park, and not far from the riverside and St. Sophia Cathedral, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. Taxis are easy to catch and can pull right up to the entrance. If you're driving, parking is 7 yuan per hour. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff, especially the ladies, were always smiling and provided excellent, warm, and thoughtful service. My only suggestion would be to improve the breakfast quality a bit.

The service was excellent, and it offered great value for money. The environment was nice, and I'd definitely book again next time. The transportation was also very convenient.

Bringing my daughter to Harbin, choosing the Licheng Longzhang Hotel (Central Street Sophia Church Branch) was such a wise decision! The location is superb, within walking distance to Central Street and St. Sophia Cathedral, making it super easy to explore and eat with a child. The front desk staff were incredibly warm; seeing we had a little one, they proactively offered a small gift – a cute Russian-style pendant and some candies. My daughter was jumping for joy when she got them, instantly boosting her fondness for Harbin! The room was clean and cozy, and the bedding was comfortable, so my daughter slept soundly. The service at this hotel was truly thoughtful and heartfelt, giving our parent-child trip a perfect start. Definitely five-star worthy!

This hotel boasts an excellent location, right opposite the entrance to Central Street, not the side with the Flood Control Monument. To reach the monument and the Songhua River, you'd need to walk the entire length of Central Street. The metro station is also a convenient 7-8 minute walk from the hotel, making getting around very easy. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming, and we received complimentary Modere ice cream and afternoon tea every day. I really appreciated the thoughtful touch of having bottled water readily available in many public areas. The laundry room was well-equipped with several washing machines and dryers, so we rarely had to wait. We stayed in a family suite, which was perfect for traveling with children, offering two bathrooms – no queues for the toilet! It's about a 20-minute walk to the Flood Control Monument and a little over ten minutes to Saint Sophia Cathedral. There's also a great local iron pot stew restaurant right downstairs with delicious food.

The hotel service was absolutely top-notch! Before our arrival, they called to check on our booking, and upon hearing we had children and seniors, they kindly upgraded our room for free. They also sent us important notes and details about our benefits. They even helped us store refrigerated items for free – we had so many chilled and frozen things, it was almost embarrassing! 😂 The staff also assisted us with our luggage, which was a great help. The location couldn't be better. St. Sophia Cathedral and the Red Brick Morning Market are just a 10-minute walk away. There are only four parking spots, so I was lucky to snag one. Plus, there are free hot and cold drinks and snacks! Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. The room was a bit on the small side, but given the excellent location, it was bearable. The in-ceiling Bluetooth speaker was a bit of a bug though; it started playing a ”cat and mouse” sound while we were trying to sleep. After calling the front desk, a staff member came to fix it very quickly. Overall, it was a good stay, mainly because the service attitude was fantastic. Highly commendable!!
