The hotel environment is excellent, and the owner is very welcoming. They also offer meal services. This is definitely my top choice for a villa in Egypt!

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip to Egypt, and it completely exceeded my expectations. I just had to write a positive review! 1. The location is absolutely fantastic. It's right next to a quiet villa area, so it feels very safe at night. Getting a taxi is easy, and it's not far from my main work locations or the airport, which saved a lot of hassle. 2. The overall environment and value for money are also superb. The room was spacious and bright, and the decor felt very new. The lighting and marble floors looked really comfortable. The bedding was clean and soft, making for a very relaxing stay. The amenities were comprehensive too, with a desk, refrigerator, and a small tea table, making it convenient for both work and relaxation. To get such quality at this price point is truly exceptional value. 3. The service from the owner and staff was an even bigger plus. They were incredibly enthusiastic throughout my stay. When I first arrived, they immediately helped with my luggage, and any issues I had were resolved quickly. It felt very thoughtful and comfortable, like staying at a friend's house. 4. The dining was an unexpected delight! They actually had authentic Chinese food, and the flavors were spot on – no disappointments at all. I enjoyed every meal. Being able to eat such delicious and familiar food abroad was truly healing. Overall, from the facilities and service to the food, I couldn't find a single fault. The next time I'm in Egypt for a business trip, I will definitely choose this hotel again! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The hotel is located in New Cairo, inside a residential area; it's easily found with navigation. It's more like a family-run guesthouse; the check-in area felt like a living room, a bit messy. I happened to see the owner playing mahjong, and everyone at the table was smoking, giving it a slightly unprofessional first impression. The room I booked was okay, with a private bathroom. Breakfast was homemade by an auntie, including steamed buns and corn porridge, which was filling. A local Egyptian guy helped with my luggage. Overall, the price-performance ratio wasn't very high; I'd recommend staying in a hotel instead.

We would definitely come back again! We have enjoyed staying at Salam 275 hotel during our visit to Cairo. The room we booked was exactly as it’s described online, the stuff are very nice and respectful and they go above and beyond to help their gusts with everything they need And specially MOHEMADE RIFAD who work at the front desk is a supper genuine, very special nice man! The first night we checked in at their hotel, we did not have any Egyptian currency yet to purchase anything, and thus, he went ahead and paid for all of our meal from his own money… (and offer to help if theirs anything else that we need) and we returned his money to him the next day. They assisted us with everything we need at the hotel and or outside, directing us touring the city, places to go and even find us the honest taxi drivers that we can use. We appreciate their hospitality

The location is very good, about 10 minutes walk to the Egyptian Museum, about 15 minutes to the Nile River, there are many restaurants around, very lively at night. The room was good overall, the shower was great, and the room was equipped with a hair dryer (that is, the noise was very loud). I will choose here next time if I go to play!

Very hard to find. No sign on the door on the street. Person in charge didn’t know of my reservation and practically no English spoken and very hard to communicate. So was also told downstairs door is open. It was locked. Also door to accommodation was locked and I wasn’t given the code for the key box. Not many taxis around. The cleanliness was very good. That was only good thing besides the price.

It was so comfortable that I extended my stay another night (lol). The guy at the front desk didn't say much, but he said goodnight. I was happy. I really wanted to have the maid's breakfast. To be honest, the retro elevator was scary the first time I rode it. I didn't really know how to use it. It wouldn't move unless you touched the control panel with your security key chain. You can't enter the guest room floors without a security key, so I think it's safe for women too. The area around the hotel was lit up even at night, and there were lots of people there. I can confidently recommend this hotel! It was inconvenient that JCB cards couldn't be used in Egypt, but I was able to withdraw local currency from an ATM near this hotel. There are two ATMs lined up next to each other just past the Vodafone shop.

Very best location and great service and near with all foods and shops near this hotel and also mosque imam huassin near also اَلْحَمْدُلِلّهِ
