Until the day of check in, I never receive any check in procedure and I had to call customer service and wait for the line transferring. They did not limit the parking for every unit and I had no parking available but I saw one of the unit had parked 4 cars there. I called for help on no hot spa water coming out but they answered they could not do anything for me. Overall experience was good

After enjoying the private onsen bath made of wood and stone, we watched a movie on the projector while lying on the tatami, which felt so cozy and special. The amenities were carefully selected and felt high-quality, adding to the relaxing stay. You can tell the host cares about every detail. If you want authentic Japanese experience with your partner, this place is a perfect choice.

I think the staff is very kind. It was a tasteful inn, and the open-air bath was very comfortable and awesome. We used it without meals. The location is good, so there are convenience stores and coin laundry that can be walked from the inn, so it is easy to use. It was good that it was easy to access in a place close to tourist spots.

I booked this guesthouse while coming from Fukuoka. It was an 8-person dormitory. It had bunk beds. I slept on the first floor for three nights. The wooden beds creaked and creaked whenever I moved.
