My experiences have always been thoroughly enjoyable, which is why I continue to return year after year. I wanted to share some constructive feedback regarding the pricing for non-resident guests visiting the pool. I was surprised to see the cost set at 1000 MAD for an afternoon visit. Having recently visited several top-tier 5-star hotels in Dubai — including venues such as the Aura Skypool — I found their pool access prices significantly more reasonable, despite offering similarly or even improved premium experiences and amenities. fully appreciate the need to maintain exclusivity and quality, but I believe a more accessible pricing structure would be more suitable for guests visitors while still preserving the luxurious experience that Sofitel is known for. This is a very worthwhile hotel. It can be said to be the highlight of the entire trip to Morocco. Each room is an independent Riad courtyard. The service is friendly but not overly enthusiastic. Except for the average food, the environment can be said to be impeccable. Marrakech is actually quite dirty and messy as a whole. The inside and outside of the hotel can be said to be two different worlds. If I come to Marrakech next time, I will still consider staying here!

The service is very good. You can go to the spa and soak in the hot springs. The service attitude is very good. Most of the staff can speak English.

The hotel looks beautiful! Even if you don't go anywhere it would be enjoyable. The location is great as it's attached to Menara Mall so everything you may need is nearby. I visited with a friend for my birthday and arrived to a very beautifully arranged room with Happy Birthday cushions and even found a cake in the room in the evening! It really made my day and I am already planning to go back! We used the spa and had a nice luxury treatment as well. The staff were very accommodating and managed to book us in and the laundry service was also very speedy. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it.

Great resort for active families who like their sports. Includes paddle ball, full size football pitchel, basketball, volleyball, table tennis and lots of aqua activities. Good gym & indoor pool. Heated outdoor pool as well as a number of other outdoor pools. Includes VR/ gaming and arcades. Variety of entertainment. Lovely aqua park and water ropes course included for over 150cm people. The lobby bar is brilliant for coffee and amazing bakery. Also great for watching football. Rooms are large, modern and well equipped. Food is varied. Nice choice of non - veg like king prawns, smoked salmon, chicken kebabs, turkey steaks but can get repetitive after a few days. All inclusive drinks are good. Free shuttle bus to Medina is useful. 30 minutes away. Negative points is mainly really poor customer service, bad communication and some rude staff! Not 5 star service or attitudes! This is a number of staff from reception porters, ,bar & restaurant staff

I stayed for two days at the Novotel with my 10-year-old daughter. The person at check-in was very friendly, and we were upgraded to a large room with a view. The room was comfortable and cool, thanks to the air conditioning. However, the room could use a refresh. Be aware that the hotel is located near nightclubs. If you're looking for quiet and peaceful nights, forget it – there's boom-boom music until all hours. Definitely bring earplugs. Otherwise, the hotel is really well-located in the Hivernage district; you can walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa and La Mamounia is just a stone's throw away. The gym isn't great at all. It's a shame, just one bike, one treadmill, and no weights. All the breakfast staff were super pleasant and attentive, taking care of drinks, tea, and orders – truly excellent. The pool is pleasant, and the gentleman who provides towels is very nice. The only downside is the music, which somewhat spoils moments of relaxation by the pool. If you're looking for peace and quiet to recover from six months of intense work, I wouldn't recommend it. Thank you for your hospitality!

I found this when I was looking for an all-inclusive hotel with a bathtub. It took about 20 minutes by taxi from the city by 80MAD. The taxi from the hotel to the city is 150MAD. There is also a hotel shuttle bus to the city, but one way is one person 15MAD, the time is also decided, and the reservation is filled on the day, so we recommend using a taxi. The staff at the bar counter and restaurant were all very friendly and the work was very friendly. Amenities are not all slippers, toothbrushes, bathrobes, etc. Also, since the power supply is European specification, I bought a transformer at 80MAD at a shop in the hotel. The restaurant venue was buffet style for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and all the wine was white, rose and red. From the Japanese sense, this facility and service cannot be available at this price, so if you have room for the schedule, I recommend staying once.
