"First of all I have to make a special review about a guy in reception his name akram he is real employee representative for his hotel and even his country professional knows how to do his job.... hotel room has some problems like ac controller it's was freezing you can't control any thing .... beach is amazing needs 3 minutes walking but sand is perfect and clean water so clean and amazing .... but no food on beach for our hotel it's disappointing.... breakfast typically the same every day but good dinner 50 % but it's ok overall we enjoyed a lot"

Our stay was incredibly comfortable; snacks and drinks were replenished daily, and there were evening performances with unlimited beverages. The beach was right downstairs, and the hotel offered a wide range of entertainment options. It's definitely a place worth staying for several days, especially if you're traveling with kids – it's exactly where you should be for a vacation! We checked in on Valentine's Day, and the romantic atmosphere was absolutely perfect!"

"We booked this hotel as a transit stop between our hotel in Makadi and the airport. Check-in at reception was quick, and the staff was polite. Our room was on the first floor, and the windows overlooked a construction pit—a drill was constantly working, so we couldn't get any rest. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and large. There was a kitchenette with dishes. It was okay as a hotel for 1-2 nights."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and was absolutely delighted! The grounds are beautifully maintained, the rooms spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and ready to help in any situation. The food was varied and delicious, with a wide selection to suit every taste every day. I especially loved the tranquil, cozy atmosphere, which allowed me to truly relax and unwind. I'd also like to highlight the high level of service. Everything was perfectly organized, from check-in to check-out. My stay left nothing but the most pleasant impressions. Pool,Great,..Suites are Roomy,FirmBeds, Not a Family Holiday place, Shops easy walking.I walked from Airport T1 to Jaz. Easy, if you are confident . Okay...so, the lift was under service for 2 days, and The Baladis' will annoy light sleepers. Busy Roads adjacent. I love it here, And am back in March.Cant Wait to see all my Friends Again. "Choosing the Kempinski Hotel Soma Bay was hands down the best decision I made on this trip. The first and last parts of my Egyptian journey were quite exhausting, so these two days spent relaxing by the Red Sea were a much-needed and rare treat. The hotel's architecture is a stunning North African Moorish-Arabic style, with beige domes complemented by intricate carved wooden window screens, and every door is a gorgeous Tiffany baby blue – it's absolutely beautiful. I opted for a four-day, three-night all-inclusive package, which covered six meals, with breakfast and dinner each day. We arrived in Hurghada from Cairo at 8:50 PM on the first day, and by the time we reached the Soma Bay hotel, it was nearly midnight. Seeing that we were a bit tired, a bar staff member kindly offered us a small, delicious drink each. The hotel also provided dinner, delivered straight to our room, showcasing their incredible service. There was even a welcome amenity in the room, which really boosted our spirits. With its stunning private beach views and a surprisingly good buffet, I'd honestly give this hotel 120 points – it truly captured my heart. Personally, I found the hotel's night view even more captivating than during the day; the evening lights create a different kind of romance. The Kempinski Soma Bay easily ranks among my top three five-star hotels. The fact that they have hotel guides in Chinese is a fantastic bonus. Furthermore, I want to specifically commend the staff's integrity. We left a tip, but the staff didn't take it. When the room was being cleaned, all my belongings, including my wallet, were in the room, and my luggage wasn't locked, yet nothing was missing."

"We usually visit several hotels during our trips, and generally, they're all pretty similar. But THIS hotel is something else entirely – it's Rixos-level luxury! It seems the hotel is still new and hasn't built up enough of a reputation for sky-high prices yet, so you get Rixos quality at Albatros rates. The food is amazing; salmon and shrimp are commonplace here. The staff are friendly and attentive. I particularly want to commend Mohamed at the front desk. He's a young man who's incredibly dedicated to his job. We got an early check-in from him just for a smile. When we lost an AirPod, he helped us resolve the issue. It was my wife's birthday, and he made sure we were congratulated, and he helped with many other things. Not once did I see a bored look or any hint of expecting a tip... We really regret that our trip is already planned out and we have to move on to the next hotel. If we had known how great it would be here, we would have spent our entire vacation right here."

"The service was really good and proactive. The rooms are fairly basic and moderately clean, but in a place like Hurghada, you don’t really spend much time in the room anyway 😁. There is no private beach, but the location is excellent- just about 200 meters from Orange Bay Hurghada- so you can easily access nearby beaches for a small fee depending on your preference. There are also plenty of food options nearby. On the downside, the towels and linens were not of great quality, and there is no heated pool. My rating based on the money I paid: Room 8/10, Service 9/10, Location 8/10."

The private beach is another gem, with fine sand and beautiful clear water, making for great photo opportunities. Overall, the service was top-notch. The staff were friendly and responsive, making us feel very comfortable. All in all, this is a highly recommended resort hotel with great value for money, perfect for relaxation and leisure.
