The staff was welcoming, the service excellent, and the food delicious. The beach was stunning, and the atmosphere was peaceful. Highly recommended! Will definitely return!

Nnana529Don't expect much from the room amenities; they're comparable to older Marriott hotels in China. The public areas are beautiful, but the service is mediocre. The breakfast tablecloth was left untouched by a guest eating on the table in front, leaving me to use it. I reported the poor service to the front desk, but they only gave a bland response and didn't take it seriously. For a 2,000 room rate, the service doesn't match the quality; don't pay for this place. It's a Baron Palace, but the waiters are the barons, and the Chinese guests are the targets of his arrogance. The concierge and security were excellent, but the tall, pale, and thin guy in the breakfast room, who spoke ”Hello” in Chinese, was a real letdown for the hotel's service.

GGuest UserI have enjoyed a lot the stay in Bellagio. The resort is very nice , with an amazing pool for adults and other 2 for kids with several Water slides. The beach is very pleasant and with a nice wind that helps to stay in the sun without sweating. Food is very good and with a lot of choices. And they changed every day. A special thanks to most of the workers from receptions to the restaurants and the bars. They have been always very kind and nice. In particular the guys working on the main restaurant , the cooks , the waiters in the snack bar , aura lounge and the beach bar. The cleaner always around to keep clean the place . A special mention to Mina, Alaah, Natihem,Naider , Arnem, the beach guardian ; I don’t remember the name, the lady in the reception, Mohamed the guy responsible of the cleaning of my room, and the animation team , all Young people form different countries . I also enjoyed of the SPA and massage, Nahla (?) was very good. I will be back for sure
