I have mixed feelings about our stay. On the positive side, the hotel is new and very well-designed. The restaurant is spacious with great indoor and outdoor seating, and the breakfast was decent. The beach is stunning—very quiet with crystal clear water—but be careful entering the sea as there are many rocks at the shoreline.
However, there are several drawbacks:
Service: The staff seems very inexperienced. We were charged to upgrade from a single to a double room even though the website listed them at the same price. At breakfast, we had to ask for coffee multiple times before it actually arrived.
Facilities: Surprisingly, the main pool is not heated, and there is no elevator, which is worth noting if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues.
Location: You are quite isolated here. You definitely need a car or a shuttle to get anywhere.
Overall, it’s a nice physical space, but the management needs to better train the staff to match the ”new” feel of the resort.

GGuest UserHotel is good, lots of swimming pools, good beach, but little for this hotel. Of good: clean in the room, good service if you live in the buildings. Of the downsides: in the bungalow there is never hot water, my friends went to take a shower to me in the room. There are two swimming pools with heating, but heating, you can say no if you are Russian, there are conflicts with holidaymakers from the Baltic. More cool and clean, to the depth to go long, and so super)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))

GGuest UserGreat location, the old town with shops and restaurants is within walking distance, the Zeytona beach island is nearby, you can get there by boat or walk 10 minutes, there is a restaurant on this island with a bar. Great breakfasts. Excellent service everywhere, the guys try very hard, and not under pressure, but from the heart. The hotel is, of course, to put it mildly, ”tired”, it needs renovation, but the efforts of the staff and the location compensate for this))). I will be happy to come back.
