The environment is clean and comfortable. The service is warm and thoughtful. There is also a free breakfast. You can see the Black Water River outside the window of the room. It is highly recommended."

"My stay at Daxin Hualu Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The complimentary self-serve fruits and snacks at the entrance were fresh and delicious, perfect for a quick bite anytime. The breakfast spread was extensive and incredibly tasty, and dinner offerings were exquisite with outstanding flavors. The hotel also provides free bicycle rentals, which was lovely for a leisurely ride around the area. The environment is serene and comfortable, with thoughtful touches everywhere, making it incredible value for money."

"We had a lovely stay at Mingshi Yaju Hotel. The hotel staff were kind and accommodating. The buffet breakfast was tasty and there was enough variety to choose from. The room was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The amenities inside were great too. We made use of the gym and the pool. During our second day, the hotel let us use their bicycles to explore around Mingshi. Overall the experience was relaxed and enjoyable. Unfortunately there was a little bit of construction happening nearby, but it didn’t generate too much noise and in the evening everything was quiet and peaceful. For dinner was chose not to eat at the hotel, but rather to explore the restaurants around just outside of the park area. I had a great time and would recommend to friends."

"Overall, it was a really good stay. In this area, it's definitely one of the hotels with a great location and excellent facilities. The room design is well-thought-out, and there's a beautiful view from the window, making for a very comfortable stay. The room comes with a washer-dryer combo, and parking is convenient right next to the hotel, which is perfect for those traveling by car. As for breakfast, it's a set menu and quite tasty. (I do want to mention the auntie who cooks the rice noodles at breakfast. When I asked her to add some blanched greens, she gave me a very sour look and said some rather unpleasant things. The day before, the owner was there and kindly added them. This auntie I encountered on the second day really left a bad taste in my mouth.)"

"Located right inside the Old Kapok scenic area, by the Vietnamese border river, it's super close to Detian Waterfall, which helps you avoid rush hour traffic. Breakfast was at the Old Kapok Hotel, and the 'Lao You Fen' (local rice noodles) was delicious. This was my first time staying in a tent, and it was a great experience – I woke up to the sound of birdsong."

"I stayed for two nights, and the room was beautiful and very comfortable. It was really convenient for visiting attractions like Detian Waterfall, Blue Cave Coffee, and Mingshi Pastoral. The breakfast was also rich and delicious. I especially want to commend the hotel's garden behind the building. After dinner in Chongzuo, there's usually nowhere else to go, but the hotel's garden is a hidden gem! You can swim, barbecue, and even watch movies on a giant screen. After a long day of exploring, it was so relaxing to unwind with a cold beer, some BBQ, and a great movie, while the kids played in the nearby children's area. It was truly delightful!"

"Facilities: The hotel seems to have been built in 2020, so it's quite new. All facilities are smart, including a Bluetooth speaker, coffee machine, mini-bar, private hot spring bath, and smart toilet. Hygiene: I found a 'letter from a gecko' in the room, and sure enough, I saw a gecko! Although it looks scary, it's afraid of humans, so just ignore it. The staff replenished the mini-bar and daily necessities every day, and the room was cleaned very well with turndown service. Environment: The public areas are beautiful, nestled by mountains and water. You can enjoy the outdoor scenery right from your bed. Other public areas are also cozy and clean. The lobby is absolutely stunning, and they even offered three complimentary travel photoshoots. Service: Staff members were friendly and greeted me everywhere I went; they're clearly well-trained. A day before arrival, a butler added me on WeChat to send hotel activities and arrange things. They delivered evening desserts daily, provided sunrise/sunset times and free activity schedules for the next day, and the shuttle bus notifications were always on time. They were responsive to all my questions and thoughtfully provided mosquito repellent – very good. My butler was named Jolly~"

"The customer service I contacted in advance was excellent and very considerate! The entire guesthouse's decor, furnishings, and amenities were all very nice, which I liked. The afternoon tea and breakfast were delicious! However, the front desk staff were very impatient, barely looking up when I asked questions. When they finally did look up, they frowned and stared at their computers before I could even finish speaking! It was a very unpleasant experience! Also, there's an extra charge of 168 yuan for two adults and one child to check into the room. I questioned this, and the reply was that it's a Ctrip policy, but I was quite tired after a long day of sightseeing, so I didn't bother arguing. I was woken up in the middle of the night by the sound of suitcases being dragged on the floor, so I logged onto Ctrip and asked customer service, who said it was free! Light sleepers shouldn't stay on the first floor!"

"Our courtyard room with a large bathtub and well-equipped amenities wasn't even the best part. The day before we checked in, the front desk called to confirm our arrival time and added us on WeChat. We discovered the hotel offered a variety of activities. From the moment we arrived, there was jelly and plum juice in the lobby, afternoon tea, complimentary fruit and drinks in our room, and sweet soup at night – we were constantly being treated! The next day, we booked a travel photoshoot, made scented sachets, and watched fireworks in the evening. You could easily spend a whole day just enjoying the hotel without any planned activities. We stayed for two nights and still felt like we didn't have enough time. We hope to come back again!"
