Hotel near Jiaoxi Station Area/Jiaoxi Hot Spring,Yilan
Now and Then Hot Spring Inn is located in Jiaoxi Township, Yilan County, a 2-minute walk from Tangweigou Hot Spring Park. Free WiFi and free private parking spaces are provided on site. Each room has air conditioning, a TV and a kettle. Each room has a private bathroom with a hot spring pool. For a comfortable stay, there is a washroom, free hand washing supplies and a hairdryer. Now and Then Hot Spring Inn is 800 meters from Jiaoxi Hot Spring Park, 2.6 kilometers from Wufengchi Waterfall and 34 kilometers from Taipei Songshan Airport.

"Basically, this inn is worth the price; it is very close to the night market, which is within walking distance. However, if you prefer ‘star’ or fancy hotels, this might not be a good choice. I booked two rooms: one had a tatami bed, which was a bit too soft for me, but overall, this is just an inn with a hot spring facility in the room at a reasonable price."

SShu HuiThe hotel stay (or perhaps I can describe as air BnB?) included the costume dress up (it's for all of the days you are going to stay there). It was fun though it's quite cold when we visited. There are elaborate princess dresses for all sizes of people, young and old. And their outdoors are just perfect for taking photos. One can also dress up and take photos in their rooms or even when having meals. It's just that they don't have photography services so it would depend on quality of smartphones. We have sort of a whole house by ourselves.. entering from a gate passing by a flower garden then to the main door. It's a great experience and kids would really love it. There's a princess bed in the room with slide for mine. The breakfast was interesting. We had a variety of food from soups, toast, porridge and little snacks (all handmade), milk tea and freshly squeezed orange juice. Location wise, have to get an Uber to go out to get some lunch/dinner. There are no food deliveries in the area. There is no in house dining other than breakfast (included in cost) and hi tea. Overall, this place to stay is a great experience and value for money.

YYISHIUANThe hotel is really close to Luodong train station, making it super convenient to get to famous milk rolls, various eateries, and the night markets. Qinggou Night Market is also fantastic and easily accessible from here. I loved that the bathroom had two showerheads, and the TV could be rotated, which was great for watching Netflix. However, the electrical outlets were quite loose when plugging things in, which could definitely be improved.

FFerfer8A family of 5: the kids enjoyed the room with the slide v much. The 3 queen beds(2 on upper loft) and 1 on lower floor were very comfortable, pillows offered decent support. A fan was provided in room to circulate the air. Kids really enjoyed sliding down but sound proofing of the room not that thick so we were told that the kids were too noisy. The staff were v helpful with the carpark arrangement at a separate site, we didn’t have to worry abt getting a carpark lot on all 3 days.  Not so great: The Minsu’s toilet has no non-slip flooring or bathmats inside so hard to dry the toilet floor after a shower. Shampoo & body soap provided though. No shower curtains. Staff didn’t make up the room although we hung the tag to clean room. They did apologise when we asked abt it.  All in all, a restful stay, with good space for the family with our 2 luggages opened on the sofa. Would recommend if kids are young & would love the slide room. Walking distance to Luodong Night Market too.

DdyhxConvenient location in Luodong city centre, walking distance to Luodong Night Market, Luodong Forestry Cultural Park with a supermarket and convenience stores nearby too. The hotel is on level 6 within a building with a few other accommodation chains and offices. There's a car park just opposite the building. I love the decor here, from the clean, sleek interior at reception to the rooms. There are instant coffee and tea bags, and hot/cold filtered water on tap available at the common area just in front of the reception that is open to all guests. They have just 18 rooms here, in varying room types, sizes and interior design but they all look great! I love the use of positive messages on coloured backgrounds for the doors. I had a corner room which was spacious and clean. Bed and pillow were a little softer than I would like but that's just personal preference. Basic amenities are provided and I love the open wardrobe concept too. The staff here are amazing. So helpful, so friendly. I'm particularly impressed by the location map they've put together to share with guests on recommended food to try in the vicinity and mostly on point! For this price, it's super value for money.

GGuest UserLocation: The hotel boasts a superb location, right next to a convenience store and surrounded by numerous dining options, making it incredibly convenient. Staff: While the staff's English was limited and no Japanese was spoken, they made a genuine effort to communicate effectively using smartphone translation apps. We encountered no issues whatsoever. Hot Spring: Absolutely fantastic! The hot spring water had a slightly cloudy, almost silky texture that left my skin feeling incredibly smooth afterward. The onsen facility itself was thoughtfully designed, featuring excellent ventilation and strong water flow, which encouraged me to enjoy multiple soaks. The large windows created a bright and open atmosphere during the day and a wonderfully tranquil mood at night, truly enhancing the entire hot spring experience. I would absolutely love to stay here again on my next visit to Jiaoxi Onsen!

GGuest UserIt rained during my stay, so the views weren't very clear. The duplex room layout was excellent! The only minor flaw was a small gap in the bathroom door. The bathtub wasn't huge, but soaking in it while enjoying the scenery was very relaxing. Even with the rain, the evening activities went smoothly, though you couldn't avoid getting a bit wet. I wouldn't recommend dinner; the hotel caters to tour groups, and the restaurant was incredibly noisy 😅. For a set meal priced at 500+10%, the value for money was extremely low!

BBobpetersHappy to have had the hotel save me from cycling another 2 hours through the dark. Easy to find, many rooms available. Nice receipt from the owner and happy they had cloths washing and drying fascilities. Stored my bicycle in the room which wasn’t appreciated by the owner as he was worried for making his bed sheets dirty. As he couldn’t reach out to me he switched off the A/C. That’s a complete no-go and totally against any hospitality rules. I stay 209+ days a year in hotels and never ever have I had such a treatment. Anyways, was dissolved quickly but hope the owner can change his attitude to other travellers. Apart from that the bed is hard and the A/C works good. Loads of blouse form the neighbour on the next morning.

北昌人First time staying here. The room is a bit old, the facilities are simple, clean and odorless, and parking is convenient outside the hotel. The only thing I found strange was that the room was on the first floor, and there were employees parking their motorcycles outside the window. Due to poor sound insulation, the sounds of the motorcycles and conversations outside the window were very clear, which made me feel very insecure.
