"We, two adults and one child (6 years old), stayed in a city view double room on the 15th floor. Here are our thoughts:
1) The room was a bit small... there wasn't much floor space. After putting down two suitcases, there was hardly any room to walk around.
2) The bathroom door, when opening and closing, and the glass shower door made quite a loud scraping noise. If you needed to use the restroom at night, it would definitely wake up others in the room.
3) The area under the bed wasn't thoroughly cleaned; there was a visible layer of dust.
4) The in-room hot spring tub had a slight hint of moss (not very obvious).
The hot spring facilities on the 3rd floor, however, were excellent and great for kids. There's also a swimming pool. We happened to visit during the rainy season, so we were very glad to have indoor hot springs where our child could play.
The location is fantastic. We didn't purchase breakfast vouchers, and there are many eateries nearby. There's a Starbucks next door, and the bread from the bakery downstairs at the Garmalan Hotel is delicious.
Overall, it offers good value for money. Housekeeping changed towels and replenished drinks and cookies daily. Aside from being slightly a bit dated, everything else was generally okay."

"We stayed in an Economy Twin Room. The industrial design was quite distinctive.
For the specific room my family and I occupied, if you're sharing with friends or someone you're not romantically involved with, you'll definitely want to draw the internal bathroom curtain (which covers both the toilet and shower) to avoid any awkward direct views from the bed.
Additionally, it's important to know that the bathroom door consists of two semi-transparent sliding glass panels and doesn't have a lock. The glass isn't very opaque, so those who prefer more privacy might feel a bit exposed or uncomfortable. While the door directly faces a wall, which isn't too bad, it can be a little unsettling if your companion is coming in or out of the room (especially from the right side)... though perhaps some might find it 'stimulating'?
On the whole, the most crucial aspect was how incredibly comfortable the bed was. The sheets, mattress, duvet, and pillows all perfectly met our preferences. The decor was also lovely, making the entire stay feel exceptionally pleasant."

"You'll need transportation to get around. The room was more spacious than I had anticipated, and the service was excellent. A complimentary minibar was a nice touch, and the refrigerator worked very well. However, there seemed to be some cleaning product residue in the bathtub. Additionally, the soundproofing was quite poor; noise from outside the door was very noticeable and often disturbed my sleep. Overall, despite these points, it was a very good stay."

"The hotel service was absolutely wonderful. As soon as we got out of the car, a staff member helped with our luggage, assisted with check-in, and then brought our bags up to the room. The service was incredibly thoughtful.
The hotel's location is superb, and the facilities are comprehensive. This time, we booked a room with a private hot spring, which was spacious and extremely comfortable.
The hotel offers a wide variety of experiential activities for guests. The breakfast buffet was of very high quality, with a great selection, and everything tasted excellent.
What's even more important is how much the hotel values the guest experience. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to change our itinerary and check out early. The front desk staff showed genuine concern, inquired about the reason, and provided all possible assistance, including communicating with the booking platform to minimize our loss. This left a very deep and grateful impression on me.
Next time I visit Yilan, I will definitely choose to stay at Mu Jiaoxi Hotel again and will enthusiastically recommend it to my friends and family."

"The slow-living spa facilities are absolutely fantastic! You barely need to bring anything. Just grab a towel at the front desk, and inside there are slippers for you to change into. For showering, they provide not only body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, but even makeup remover and facial cleanser. In the vanity area, you'll find combs, cotton swabs, hair ties, and body lotion.
There are five main hot spring pools, each with a different theme, plus a fish spa pool where little fish nibble at your feet. Indoors, there's a cold plunge pool, a steam room, and a sauna. A great feature is that both the steam room and sauna are separated by gender.
They also offer complimentary iced smoothies, cold drinks, barley tea, and hot ginger tea. The hot ginger tea is sweet and delicious!"

The Crownshine Resort is located in the famous Jiaoxi hot spring area in Taiwan. It can be reached through the snow mountain tunnel. It is about 900 meters away from Jiaoxi Railway Station and about 200 meters away from Tangweigou Tangwei Bathing Beach. Jiaoxi Hot Spring is a rare flat hot spring. It is a sodium bicarbonate spring with a water temperature of 58°C 40 meters underground. It is colorless and odorless. What is even more rare is that it is the only hot spring in the world except Italy that is rich in "titanium phenate". It has a beautifying and nourishing effect, and the skin will feel smooth and non-sticky after washing. Jiaoxi Hot Spring is rich in mineral components such as sodium, magnesium, calcium, potassium, and carbonate ions, and is known as the "hot spring among hot springs." Hotel rooms are equipped with air conditioning, LED TV (cable channels), electric kettle, refrigerator, bathroom (with bathtub), free toiletries, bathrobe, hair dryer, and free high-speed Internet (WIFI) throughout the hotel. The hotel has a buffet restaurant, conference rooms, gym, spa and oven facilities. The front desk is open 24 hours a day and provides services such as luggage storage and wake-up calls. "The location is a bit tricky, but the hotel offers a free shuttle service, so if you make a reservation, getting to and from the hotel is quite easy. Aside from that, as a newly built hotel, the facilities are excellent, the room condition is very clean, and the staff are all incredibly friendly. It seems there's always at least one English-speaking person at the front desk. While communication in English can be a bit challenging otherwise, the staff's extreme kindness more than makes up for it. We had a wonderful and relaxing 3-day, 2-night stay. If I had known it would be this good, I would have stayed a few more days. The weather was a bit disappointing, but since we were mainly there for the hot springs, it wasn't a big problem. For those planning to use the hot springs, you absolutely must bring a swimming cap, otherwise, you'll have to buy one there."

The tourists can go to the famous sightseeing spot such as Wufongci Designated Scenic Area, Tangwei Brook Park and so on by walking.
"This seems to be a fairly new hot spring hotel. The overall vibe is simple and stylish, and the staff are very Taiwanese-style warm and attentive, which makes traveling back home feel really relaxing. The only downside is that the room is quite small, but land prices in this hot spring town are probably high, so it’s understandable. The breakfast is rich and delicious. I’d definitely stay here again next time."

TTango GinaI was impressed by breakfast, no processed food, some are the most primitive and prototype food, roasted sweet potato roast pumpkin, pumpkin soup, carrot kiss fish porridge, scallion pancake roast chicken, boiled eggs, up to four kinds of fruit, plus milk tea orange juice and coffee series.
Regardless of the building, garden planning, room layout and restaurant furnishings, they are all European style, and the environment is very clean. I saw the service staff finishing the garden and facilities for two days and one night.
It was my first time to take my cat out and I felt good.

GGuest UserAs a popular hotel, they provided happy hour (including wine) & snacks and different non alcoholic drinks for free and they partner up with just sleep hotel next door to offer more facilities for us to use. We went to check out the sister hotel but it was just alright tho there was a space for children play area & public bath. It was better to enjoy our private hot spring bath inside our own room. We were a family of 5 so we had to squish a little - if you are looking for a basic affordable hot spring hotel with a good location, this is it.

Pool was great. Only exception was during the day it was unusable when sunny which defeats the purpose of a pool but we used it on the cloudy days.
Rooms were big and clean. Staff was friendly and kind to children
Only thing is to stay away from dinner buffet. That wasn’t a good experience but the free breakfast was standard. I hope the teppanyaki and other places were better than the dinner buffet

GGuest UserThe hotel is located on a main street, near eateries and convenience stores, and is about a ten-minute walk from Jiaoxi Transfer Station and Jiaoxi Railway Station. The hotel does not have a public hot spring bath, but each room has a private soaking tub, and there are also private hot spring rooms available for a fee. We stayed for two consecutive nights, and although the hotel provides breakfast, it was almost identical both days. Changing the menu would be more convenient for consecutive guests. The hotel has a water dispenser, which is very convenient as you don't need to boil water in your room. I really liked the soaking tub in the room; it was very spacious and comfortable. However, some areas were not clean enough, such as noticeable mold stains on the wall behind the faucet, which slightly detracted from the overall impression.

Toilet toilet paper is flat toilet paper. You have to count the number of sheets yourself and it is difficult to know the thickness (it depends on your personal habits)
When we arrived, it was around 17:30 and the service staff asked you to have some snacks.

Indoors, we saw that there was no parking space in front of the hotel when we returned (renting a motorcycle) because the door was full of motorcycles. Unless we move the car, there is still room for one. Come out immediately and tell us that you can park in the opposite parking lot without moving the car. ＜Not far away within 50 meters＞
