Excellent
The staff is very friendly and helpful. When we want to book a charter car, the staff called service providers and gave us the one with the best price. The food is really good- good quality and good spread. There are plenty activities to do within the hotel- from treadmill, hotspring spa, craftwork and yoga

Though the location is a bit inconvenient and there's no convenient shop nearby, it really served as a getaway from the city. The room is a bit small, especially the toilet, but the view is marvellous. As for the buffet, it's decent but not much changes for the 3d2n stay. There's diy workshop and evening performances to keep you accompanied for the day. In addition, the open-air hot spring bath is a must to go.

recently stayed at Just Sleep Jiaoxi and had a very enjoyable and comfortable visit. As two older adults, we really appreciated how convenient the hotel’s location was—close to the main attractions, food options, and the train station, yet still peaceful enough for proper rest. The room was clean, well-kept, and pleasantly spacious. The in-room hot spring bath was a highlight for us. It was easy to use, very relaxing, and perfect for soothing tired muscles at the end of the day. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and we slept well throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, patient, and always ready to help with directions and suggestions. They never made us feel rushed and were consistently warm and professional. Breakfast offered a nice variety, with simple but tasty options that suited us well. We also appreciated how smoothly everything was managed—from check-in to housekeeping. Overall, Just Sleep Jiaoxi gave us a relaxing, fuss-free stay with great value. We wouldn’t hesitate to return on our next visit to Jiaoxi.

Nice little hotel however the entrance is not easy to locate . Take us awhile to find the entrance. Room is ok however the pillow is too soft and thin. Convinent location and the service personnel direct us to more local food places since the hotel is in the middle of the most touristy location.

The hotel is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from the station, though walking wasn’t ideal during my stay due to rain. It’s a grand hotel and very walkable (3-10 minutes) to supermarkets, convenience stores, cafés, and even the night market. We chose this hotel because it’s one of the few that offers dual hot and cold spring tubs in the room. Bath salts were provided for the cold spring bath and replenished daily, which was a nice touch. There was a minor issue with one of the tubs leaking, but service recovery was excellent! Housekeeping checked promptly (within 4 minutes from our call) and we were switched to another room within 30 minutes, which was very much appreciated. The room, especially the toilet area, was spacious and matched the photos shown online. While some furniture and the tubs were slightly worn, there were no hygiene issues and the bed was comfortable. No noise issue at all. Breakfast had a good spread of Western and Chinese options. We arrived close to closing time, but the staff ensured we were well taken care of, which we appreciated. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we enjoyed ourselves.

The location is easy to find The service staff is very polite The environment is not bad because the pillow has a lot of hair, about 3 long hairs, and we haven’t used it yet. Bedside table, corner, thick dust🧐 Toilet toilet paper is flat toilet paper. You have to count the number of sheets yourself and it is difficult to know the thickness (it depends on your personal habits) When we arrived, it was around 17:30 and the service staff asked you to have some snacks. It’s actually past snack time and I’m just a little hungry😋 Indoors, we saw that there was no parking space in front of the hotel when we returned (renting a motorcycle) because the door was full of motorcycles. Unless we move the car, there is still room for one. Come out immediately and tell us that you can park in the opposite parking lot without moving the car. ＜Not far away within 50 meters＞ My cat-loving friend Meijiamei has three aborigines who are very close to people. Very cute, but it’s a pity that I forgot to bring my phone to take pictures when I went to Lu Mao
