"I've been to Australia three times, but this was my first trip to Tasmania. I traveled solo, taking a 2.5-hour drive from Hobart to Launceston in the north. I stayed at this Best Western Plus for two nights, and my overall experience was very good. **Cleanliness:** Very clean, and housekeeping cleans daily. If you're staying multiple nights and don't need cleaning the next day, you can hang the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on your doorknob, and they'll give you an 8 AUD meal voucher for breakfast at the restaurant. **Facilities:** Standardized beds and a bathroom. The room was spacious, very comfortable for one person. The bathroom had bath towels, regular towels, and hand towels. Laundry supplies were also provided. The minibar offered free tea bags and instant coffee. Two complimentary bottles of mineral water were in the room, with additional bottles costing 4 AUD each. The parking lot 🅿️ was quite large. **Service:** Breakfast was a continental breakfast, including bread, butter, jam, milk, and oatmeal."

"I really loved this quiet city. The hotel's location is excellent; you can explore on foot after checking in, and it's right across from the cathedral. Parking is convenient, with a lot right next door. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. Although the facilities are a bit dated, it offers great value for money. The front desk staff included a lovely Chinese lady who was very warm and polite."

"It has a history, but it's very well preserved. The interior is stylish and beautiful, offering panoramic views of Launcheston. We went on a weekday, so early check-in is possible. Free parking makes it a great place to stay."

"It's in a very convenient location. There's a pub next door, but you can sleep quietly at night. The food at the pub is cheap and filling. There is no hair dryer, so please bring your own. The best thing was that when I left something behind, they contacted me and arranged for it to be sent to me. The staff are very helpful."

"The hotel staffs were welcoming, friendly and parking was also included in our stay. As we are a family of 5 pax, the hotel has provided two rooms which are interconnected. This makes it convenient for us as a family to connect. The rooms were clean and tidy with great showers. Breakfast was included in our stay with a great selection of ala carte breakfast, with good selection of beverages and coffee. Highly recommended."

"I have a group of 4 people, rented 2 rooms, free parking spaces, not luxurious but enough, of course, the relative price is high, the manager is very good. There are Coles and 24-hour Kmar opposite, so you can buy everything without fear!"

"No complaints or issues whatsoever. Even without knowing English, everything was simply excellent. On top of that, they gave us a free glass of beer! A truly pleasant experience. Wonderful room, great location, everything worked perfectly, and we were completely satisfied. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!"

"Stayed the night to watch The Hawks and needed somewhere cheap and cheerful. The room was small and basic but had everything you need for a stopover, fridge, kettle, microwave etc. The heater we had in our room didn't work but the staff were absolute legends in ensuring they found us one, so we were certainly cosy and warm 😁 we didn't eat a meal but did take some garlic bread away, which was yummy! Would stay again next time, thanks guys 😊"
