"The front desk of the hotel pulled a face, talked and ignored, the overall feeling was because no one at the front desk looked like it would fall to the end! If it weren't for being close to relatives, I would definitely change to another hotel... This hotel has been getting worse and worse in the past few years, and the service and hardware and software have not been upgraded..."
