"On the way back from this trip, I recorded all my objective evaluations and subjective feelings about Guanting Holiday Hotel:
1. The hotel staff is of high quality, professional service and high efficiency. From the parking lot brother I first contacted, to the front desk sisters, to the room sister, I can feel the extremely sincere service attitude. The front desk responded to my service needs very quickly, actively helped me solve the problem and there will be follow-up return visits. It can be seen that the employees really handed over and handled the problem, instead of just going through the motions. This is a sincere service that I can't experience in many five-star hotels.
2. The hotel is in a superior location, close to the railway station, located in the city, surrounded by shopping malls and square parks, and there is a night market street nearby at night, Yongfeng Pedestrian Street Bar, and many barbecue shops, which are suitable for walking. Although it is a bit far from the scenic spot, I think it is safer to live in crowded places in the city at night.
3. There are basic types of dishes for breakfast, the taste is good, and the fruits are also fresh. Thank you for the Dragon Boat Festival surprise given by the hotel. It is a very good experience.
Finally, I am very grateful for the service of the front desk sisters. I will choose this hotel again next time I have the opportunity to come."

Very close to Guanmen Mountain, Guanshan Lake and Green Stone Valley, convenient for playing.
There is a private bath in the house, the water is drained quickly, and the pool is very large.
The service is good, with a WeChat private butler.
Some suggestions: There are no tea bags, coffee and soft drinks in the water bar. There is no refrigerator in the room. Breakfast is served slowly when there are many people. The quilt core always falls out."

"It's located 1km away fr the bus station. It's a bit tough to get to the hotel on foot if you are dragging along a big luggage. It's easy to get a ride hailing from the hotel. We had problem on the electric power on off initially, the front desk quickly sent someone to attend on it. The breakfast has many variety to choose from. Overall, we had a pleasant stay here."

"A cost-effective hotel, I would definitely recommend them when visiting Benxi. Their rooms are large and newly opened, and all facilities are very clean. The biggest feature is their hot spring room, huge hot spring pool, and intelligent water discharge system. It is perfect whether it is a family trip or a honeymoon for a couple. . Isn’t 300 yuan for accommodation plus a private hot spring bath suitable?
There are not many types of breakfast, but it is quite complete, and the service staff is very enthusiastic. The beef noodles, rice noodles, and Chaos cooked to order are also delicious. I am very satisfied with this price. Highly recommended."

TTeacherLiIt's a very new hotel, and the service was quite professional, but the prices during the National Day holiday were really expensive! I stayed on the first floor, and according to the hotel, it was an upgraded courtyard room. Two rooms were booked, and the facilities were both good.
Facilities: Problem 1: My friend's room next door had a courtyard that connected to the main road, and there was a gap in the fence allowing entry and exit.
Problem 2: I couldn't get out of my room this morning; the security lock on the door was stuck… a hotel staff member had to jump in from the small courtyard outside to open it.
Service: The handling process was okay; this room received a 30% discount. For such a large hotel, it wasn't particularly grand.

The overall environment was clean and quiet, the room was spacious, and the bedding was comfortable. GGuest UserI was so pleased with my stay at Hanting Hotel Benxi Railway Station! The location is incredibly convenient, right next to the train station, making commuting and sightseeing a breeze. There are numerous shopping malls and snack streets nearby, so shopping, dining, and traveling are all hassle-free. The most surprising thing is that the hotel has been recently renovated, and the ambiance is incredibly fresh and the amenities are comprehensive. The individual air conditioning in the room was especially helpful, offering flexible and convenient temperature control, unlike the restrictions of central air conditioning in some places. It was a truly comfortable stay. Overall, the location and amenities were perfect, and I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Benxi!

SSam and LeeFantastic find after our usual hotel was under renovation. Location was just outside the railway station so highly convenient especially if you are carrying multiple luggages. There is washing machine and a dryer available which we were able to use without any issues and the room was nice and warm with hot water.
The only issue I had was getting to the dining area where you need to use the stairs to access a hidden part of the building. Breakfast was decent!

GGuest UserThe overall service at Mangu Town is excellent! The staff who serviced our room were especially exceptional, patient, caring, and very understanding. However, I declined to view the private bath room before booking, simply looking at the pictures online. And it wasn't because it was fully booked and inconvenient to view! Upon entering the room, it smelled strongly of dampness and was cramped. Most puzzling was that the private baths were only drained once a day and couldn't be freely drained. With such a large temperature difference between morning and evening, draining the water once only allows for a single soak. If you want to soak again, you have to go to the public area. This seems to defeat the purpose of private baths. What's the point of paying the private bath price to stay in a damp, moldy, and cramped private bath room when you can't choose to do so multiple times? Why not stay in the slightly cheaper, brighter, and more spacious River Valley rooms? This makes me wonder why so many empty rooms aren't open for viewing, only pictures!

RRourou84I arrived in Benxi before the National Day holiday to visit the hotel. It seemed to be the off-season, as there were hardly any people there. It would probably be crowded in the summer to escape the heat. The evenings were a bit chilly and very quiet. I was woken up by roosters crowing in the morning, which had a unique charm. The courtyard is perfect for bringing a small dog, although the neighbor's dog, Wangcai, was a bit too enthusiastic, haha. I don't know if there's a problem with the water pressure in the room, but the water flow was extremely low; it took forever to fill a toothbrush cup.

RRravlThe hotel is very clean.the room is small for just ok for one person with a super single mattress. There are a lot of eateries and shops nearby, looks like a BBQ street. The locatition is a bit hard to reach. There is no nore bus to go there after 8:20. The city is very clean and beautiful. In generla a good place to go. And most importantly, it is really cheap.
