"The hotel had just opened, and the main building wasn't occupied yet. I chose a two-night stay in Lakeside Capsule Room 02. It was described as having a king-size bed (1.8 meters), but the front desk provided two capsules, one large and one small. The large room had a 1.8-meter bed, while the smaller room had a mere 1.5-meter bed. Because of the lakefront location, we were infested with mosquitoes and flies, and the projectors in both rooms didn't work. The next day, thanks to a guy at the front desk, we were able to move them to a room with a projector, which finally allowed our bored kids to watch some cartoons. The breakfast was plentiful and perfect for the whole family. If you have any suggestions, please add a coffee. ☕️ I wish the hotel continued success."

The location is also very convenient; getting a taxi and visiting attractions is super easy. Besides the designated parking spaces, you can also park on the street near the hotel. We didn't get a parking ticket when we left the next day. The receptionist was beautiful and kind, and the service was impeccable—super welcoming! The decor is exquisite, the facilities are new, and the hotel is right next to the highway exit, making it very easy to find. In short, everything was perfect—a first-class experience! "The room was very spacious, with two bedrooms and a living room. Each bedroom had an en-suite bathroom and a large 1.8-meter bed, all with windows. The living room was also huge, with a big sofa, plenty of space for belongings. The room was clean and tidy, though there weren't many hangers initially, but the front desk sent some up when we called. The room wasn't damp and had no strange odors, and there was plenty of hot water. It's not far from the square and night market. Parking in front of the hotel is limited, but you can park nearby. Breakfast wasn't extensive but was adequate."

"This hotel seems to be the biggest one around. The front desk staff, especially one lady, was incredibly nice and thoughtful. Since we were traveling with a child, she even upgraded our room, which was a lovely touch. The hotel's location is also great; it's very close to the Water Caves and convenient for driving to Guanshan Lake. It's also not far from Xiaoshi. It would be even better if the breakfast selection was richer. Adding butter for the toast and coffee from a coffee machine would be a fantastic improvement!"

I understand that they might be understaffed, and that's an objective situation, but as a front desk staff member, she was incredibly unprofessional. She questioned me, saying, 'Why didn't you ask sooner?' and basically lectured me like a student, constantly shifting blame. Any issue can be communicated, there's no need to pass the buck. I hope the hotel provides more training for its staff, otherwise, it doesn't align with the hotel's positioning."

It was our first trip to Benxi with our child, and Manager Kong at the front desk patiently recommended routes – it was perfect. The room was very cozy overall, and the twin room was perfect for a family with a child. The housekeeping staff thoughtfully provided toiletries. Breakfast started at 7 am; we were in a rush to get to the scenic spots, so we only had a quick bite. The freshly squeezed soy milk with fried dough sticks was really good – a satisfying and delicious meal. Highly recommended! Parking is free, making it the top choice for those driving in Benxi.
