TTeacherLiIt's a very new hotel, and the service was quite professional, but the prices during the National Day holiday were really expensive! I stayed on the first floor, and according to the hotel, it was an upgraded courtyard room. Two rooms were booked, and the facilities were both good.
Facilities: Problem 1: My friend's room next door had a courtyard that connected to the main road, and there was a gap in the fence allowing entry and exit.
Problem 2: I couldn't get out of my room this morning; the security lock on the door was stuck… a hotel staff member had to jump in from the small courtyard outside to open it.
Service: The handling process was okay; this room received a 30% discount. For such a large hotel, it wasn't particularly grand.

I have to say something special about the service. The front desk staff was very nice. After we checked in, one of them actually helped us take our things to the room. She then told me her last name was Meng and that she was my service butler. I could send her a WeChat message if I had any requests. I was really warmed at that moment. We chose a room with a private pool. There are many hot springs in the hotel, both indoors and outdoors. However, due to the cold weather, we did not go to the outdoor pool. The child loved playing in the indoor children's water play area. There was also a large swimming pool next to it. She also learned how to swim from her father. The breakfast was also very rich. The coffee made by the coffee machine is good ☕️ We ordered home-cooked dishes at the hotel restaurant for dinner. The children liked the roasted eggplant and Chinese cabbage meatballs very much. I feel very comfortable when I get up in the morning, open the balcony door and breathe in the fresh air. In short: this is a hotel that values privacy and quality, and we hope to keep this up. Will visit often in the future.

First of all, the environment here is really surprising. The hotel is nestled in the winter mountain view, quiet and private. The hot spring pool is clear, soaking in it to relax in the body and mind, and watching the surrounding snow scene or night in the heat steam, the atmosphere is directly full.
What I want to like most is the intimate butler service! From the front desk check-in to the room guidelines, to the careful reminder of the hot spring area, every staff member is warm and thoughtful. What needs are responded quickly, making people feel taken care of, and the experience is a lot of points.
The meal exceeded expectations. Dinner is a hot tide hot pot, fresh beef, mellow soup, and eat this in the cold winter. The happiness is bursting. Breakfast is exquisite Cantonese dim sum, rich in variety, authentic taste, and a warm and satisfying day.
Overall, this is really an ideal choice for winter vacation! Quiet environment, heart-warming service, meals and stomach, highly recommended for friends who want to relax and enjoy warm holidays. Will definitely come again! ❤️

Living in the 509 room facing the street. The room size is large enough and the bedding is clean. Talk about needing attention and improvement: 1. The hotel is at the intersection, and the noise of the big car is louder when the people are quiet at night. 2. The sound insulation effect of the room is average, and the sound of the bath water in other rooms can be heard clearly at 10:30 in the evening. 3.5 On the 5th floor of the 4th floor, there was a room to pick up the bride. It started shouting at more than 4 in the morning and continued until 8 in the morning. 4. Breakfast is vegetarian, the dishes are average, you can eat enough, and it is more friendly to vegetarian guests. 5. The shower head needs to be replaced, the spray water is not concentrated, the water flow is small, and the damage is serious. GGuest UserThe overall service at Mangu Town is excellent! The staff who serviced our room were especially exceptional, patient, caring, and very understanding. However, I declined to view the private bath room before booking, simply looking at the pictures online. And it wasn't because it was fully booked and inconvenient to view! Upon entering the room, it smelled strongly of dampness and was cramped. Most puzzling was that the private baths were only drained once a day and couldn't be freely drained. With such a large temperature difference between morning and evening, draining the water once only allows for a single soak. If you want to soak again, you have to go to the public area. This seems to defeat the purpose of private baths. What's the point of paying the private bath price to stay in a damp, moldy, and cramped private bath room when you can't choose to do so multiple times? Why not stay in the slightly cheaper, brighter, and more spacious River Valley rooms? This makes me wonder why so many empty rooms aren't open for viewing, only pictures!
