"Highly recommend this hotel! The spherical glass rooms are really unique, and when you open the curtains, you're greeted with a beautiful view. You can enjoy the stunning scenery right from your room while sipping tea. The hotel's underfloor heating is fantastic; it was so warm during the day that I could comfortably wear just a shirt when the weather was nice. The facilities are also very complete. Although the hot water is heated by an electric water heater, it heats up reasonably quickly, and the water temperature is excellent. Highly, highly recommend!"

"Although the hotel is not in the tourist center, it's only a three-to-five-minute drive away, which makes it nice and quiet. The hotel is also relatively new, and the room facilities are great – spacious, with a comfy sofa to relax on. Breakfast is plentiful, and both the restaurant and the rooms offer pretty good views. The hotel's coffee shop is worth a mention; you can enjoy afternoon tea, coffee, or a drink there. The staff (young lady) was very warm and attentive, and the food/drinks were excellent. We booked a package deal when reserving the hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised by the impressive afternoon tea that came with it – really good."

"LOL, why are all the hotels around Sayram Lake surrounded by construction sites?! (I guess it's understandable, given all the Intercontinental hotels moving in and building big time.)
But still! Why does the Atour hotel's parking lot also look like a huge construction site? LOL, it's not a big deal though, I'm just too happy!
Even though our room window faced a big construction site, I don't care; I wasn't there for a vacation, just a quick one-night stay.
The hotel rooms aren't huge, but the lobby and restaurant are quite spacious. Since it's newly opened, all the facilities are brand new.
Oh, and the little bar area (?) between the two beds is very practical, I really like that design!
Plus, they gave a complimentary souvenir with the stay~ So cute!
Sayram Lake is my treasure, our treasure."

"It's a new hotel. They also gave us free breakfast coupons, which was good. The breakfast was also good. The hotel parking lot is also quite large and you can park anywhere. Although the hot water was not available for a while at night, the hotel manager and staff quickly resolved it. It was a good place to stay when I went to Sayram Lake the next day."

"The service was excellent. The front desk is available 24/7 and they were very thorough in explaining all the check-in procedures. They were really responsible and even called to confirm our arrival since we were late. On the day we checked in, it was very cold, and they even brought us brown sugar ginger tea. The floor heating was fantastic, so we weren't cold at all. The only minor downside was that the lighting in the 'starry sky' room was a bit dim."

"Facilities: Basic facilities are OK, but there are two points: First, the charging socket is really weird. The business may think that guests generally don't have many charging devices. There is no charging device on the table, only one under the table; there is only one on the side of the bed. The business considerately considers that the guests need to go to bed early after a day of playing. Second, the underground parking lot is like post-war Iraq, with few lights. The hotel does not have breakfast, but the 24-hour beef noodle restaurant on the corner has a unique pickled cabbage noodles.
Hygiene: The basic hygiene of the hotel is OK
Environment: The hotel is in the center of Bole City, and the surrounding facilities are complete. Bole Municipal Inves**ent is huge, and it is built like a tourist city, clean and tidy.
Service: As an economy hotel, the service response is in place. The air conditioner in the room I just checked in was broken, and I was immediately changed to another room. But I asked the floor attendant for a toothpick and was told that there was none 😂"

Really excellent stay in this hotel! The staff was so friendly even when we checked in late at night. The next morning we had to leave early for the lake and they offered to pack breakfast for us even before the start of their breakfast timing. Throughout the stay the staff were all very friendly, helpful and hospitable! Room was clean and very new. Overall really enjoyable stay and truly enjoyed our stay there!

The hotel is close to the Modern Central City Night Market, which has a lot of food and a cheap supermarket. The hotel room was clean and tidy, with Tmall Genie smart control. The front desk lady upgraded my room for free and gave me two breakfast coupons. I was very satisfied with the service. I saw the sunrise through the window this morning.

The experience was excellent! It's located right at the east gate of Sailimu Lake. The front desk was friendly and quick, and they even helped with luggage. The room was well-equipped and clean, with no odors. They even offered laundry facilities. Highly recommended! I'll definitely choose this hotel next time I visit Sailimu Lake. 👍🏼

We booked a room in the backyard villa area, but due to the off-season, the hotel upgraded us to the resort hotel in the front, which was a great experience. The room was warm and the breakfast was plentiful, but it was too late. It would be better if breakfast started at 8 am, because most guests staying near the East Gate need to get to the scenic area early to watch the sunrise. After we finished breakfast, we had to pack our things and head to the S-bend, which put us in a bit of a rush.

Facilities: The space is large, larger than the space capsule I stayed in before, and it is still very comfortable. Environment: There are surveillance cameras in the lobby or in the glass room, so you don't have to worry about too many people. You just can't wash. But living in Saihu is really more convenient. If you don't have a budget, you can really consider it.
