"One of the most satisfactory hotels in Xinjiang, the room is relatively large, the overall feeling is very transparent, and the hygiene is quite good. The hotel is located in the new urban area, and the overall layout is quite comfortable. Warm porridge at night: There are not many things, but it is just right for simple meals at night, suitable for babies who don't want to go out for food at night after a long journey. There is a Hotan rose pilaf near the hotel, which is within walking distance, and the lamb kebabs taste great. The only drawback is that the water pressure of the hotel is unstable at night, and the bath water is sometimes cold and sometimes hot, which is unexpected."

"We chose the Starlight Room with twin beds at Chao Ke Starlight Camp again. The camp has moved outside the scenic area now, which is a bit less convenient than its previous location inside, where you could just ”open the door and see the lake.” If you're planning an in-depth tour of the scenic area, you'll need to factor in a bit more travel time for round trips. Despite the change in location, the front desk service was a huge plus. The staff were enthusiastic and attentive, and even proactively offered us complimentary breakfast, which made us feel incredibly valued. The room facilities are comprehensive, and the starlight room design is really unique. Lying in bed at night, you can see the starry sky over Sayram Lake, which the kids absolutely loved. The cleanliness and overall environment were well-maintained; it was clean, tidy, and very comfortable."

"The city of Bole is a pleasant surprise and I am quite satisfied with it. The front desk staff provided excellent service and helped us upgrade the room type. It was very comfortable and cozy as soon as we entered. The decoration was also very unique. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, which was not a problem for two people. It was a good deal when I booked it, about 130, which was very cost-effective in the off-season. The sleep was also very comfortable, and the bedding was very skin-friendly and did not cause allergies. The sound insulation was OK, not too noisy, which was good."

"I chose to stay at Atour Saihu this time for my trip to Saihu Lake. I saw on the website that it had just opened, and it was a v4.0 property. After some deliberation between the Marriott AC next door and HUAZHU CITY, I decided on Atour. I booked two lake-view triple rooms. On the day of arrival, they called to inform us that the Wi-Fi in one of the rooms was experiencing issues and offered to upgrade us to a suite, which I gladly accepted – what a great deal, thumbs up! 👍🏻 Let's talk about the room facilities. The suite had a large and a small bed, comfortably sleeping three people, and also a living room with a good layout. The triple room had the classic layout. Atour's room facilities and services are consistently evolving and improving. The whole room features smart controls. The laundry room had 12 washer-dryers (approximately, I didn't count exactly), which should meet the needs of the entire hotel. There was also a lovely lady in the laundry room coordinating the washed and dried clothes, and she even thoughtfully delivered them to our room – super impressed! Now for a few minor drawbacks. First, the hotel entrance felt a bit unkempt. Second, the lake view was somewhat obstructed by the neighboring CITY hotel, but the terrace on the sixth floor offers an unobstructed panoramic view of the entire lake. The scent diffuser in the rooms and hallways was a bit strong; it might be to mask any renovation smells, but it's not a major issue. Overall, the stay was fantastic, and while the price was on the higher side, it offered great value for money. I highly recommend everyone to experience it."

"Located right at the East Gate entrance, opposite the visitor center. I used a voucher from their opening promotion, and even though it was a holiday, I didn't have to pay extra after the fifth day of the ***** New Year. Jerry at the front desk was very helpful, upgrading me to a high-floor lake view room (though the weather wasn't great, so I couldn't see much) and even gave me a fruit plate. He also sent over a guide for touring Sai Lake. Overall, the room was very comfortable. I didn't experience the issues with the room or shower water being too hot that I'd seen in some reviews. Breakfast had extended hours and a wide variety of options."

"The reception service at the front desk was very good. There was a problem with my order and the handsome guy at the front desk adjusted it for me in time. The environment is really good, the external greenery and area are very large, the rooms are also very comfortable and built according to five-star standards. The breakfast is also very good.
