"I was rushing to catch my train at 4 a.m. and in my haste to leave, I forgot to take my keys out of the locker. When I arrived at the train station, I realized my keys were missing and panicked. On a whim, I contacted the Yunduo Hotel. Without hesitation, the receptionist, Xu Kexin, braved the rain to search for them for me. The rain was freezing cold, but she never complained and patiently and meticulously helped me find my keys, allowing me to catch my train safely. This heartwarming act of kindness in the middle of the night was truly touching! Thank you, Xu Kexin, and thank you, Yunduo Hotel, for making my journey so warm and reassuring."

GGuest UserThe hotel I chose for this trip really gave me a big surprise. The whole experience from booking to check-out was full, which completely exceeded psychological expectations.
The texture of the room is absolutely perfect! The first feeling when I walked into the room was clean and tidy, there was no dust in the corner, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the pillows were moderately high and low, I didn't want to get up when I lay down, the sound insulation effect was also superb, I couldn't hear the outside noise at night, and I slept very peacefully. The room facilities are very new, the air conditioning is fast and stable, the washstand is designed to separate dry and wet, the hot water supply is sufficient and the water temperature is stable, even the toiletries are branded, the aroma is elegant and not pungent, and the details are full of care.
The most moving thing is the service! Warm and polite; Xiao Yan at the front desk checked in very efficiently, and patiently introduced hotel facilities, surrounding play guides and food recommendations, and even reminded the local weather and precautions. If there is any demand during the stay, the customer service can respond in time. The staff greeted each other with a smile, and the attitude was kind and natural. There was no perfunctory, so that we felt full of warmth when we were away.
In short, this is an impeccable stay experience, cost-effective! I have already recommended it to friends around me, I will choose this hotel next time, I really recommend it to every little friend who needs to travel ～
