"Facilities: Very good, the hotel is quite new overall. Hygiene: Very good. But as someone from the North, I was shocked by the giant cockroaches 🪳 down South – they were terrifying! The staff explained that cockroaches can fly and that they do their best, spraying daily. As a follow-up, they sprayed my entire room with insecticide. I'd advise everyone not to put their luggage on the floor. Environment: The river view is absolutely stunning. Service: Very enthusiastic, and they resolve issues promptly. For instance, I extended my stay, and since it was raining but the temperature was okay, my kids kept playing in the pool. They naturally needed to use the restroom, and with the indoor air conditioning, they needed towels to wrap themselves in. I probably used fewer than six shower towels from check-in to the second day of my extended stay, as I have two kids. I was then told by a staff member that they couldn't provide any more towels after giving me four this time. I was puzzled at the time – you build a pool, but then you're stingy with towels for guests? This is a penny-wise, pound-foolish approach. The supporting facilities and service need to keep up! Thankfully, their manager was very receptive to feedback, listened to my suggestions, and even sent me a fruit platter! With a manager like that, the hotel will only get better! (Also, in the morning, my child's swim goggles had an issue, and the manager proactively lent a pair to my child, showing a very positive attitude.) Self-service afternoon tea: Coffee, pastries, fruit, tea. Goodnight canteen: Chongqing noodles, delicious! When I wanted a second bowl, the staff said it was one bowl per person. By the way, breakfast was also good."
