燒烤用到的食材、竹炭需要自帶，燒烤架租賃單100元。礦泉水衹有一開始放在房間裏的8瓶，桶裝水需要聯繫管家找物業購買，12元一桶，桶按金50元。
8人的別墅感覺周圍綠化環境還沒開發完善，別墅大門對着光禿禿的山，沒有兩人單獨定的房型好，別墅自帶的私湯沒有頂棚，很簡陋…
