"I have to say, using Trip.com is incredibly cost-effective! My child had an exam in Hsinchu, so I booked a room through Trip.com in advance. The Trip Coins I'd accumulated helped discount part of the room rate. The hotel was very thoughtful, giving us a quiet room on a high floor. They also arranged a shuttle service to take guests to the exam venue. This alone deserves huge praise; it was so considerate! Since we had to leave by 7:00 AM, they even provided a simple breakfast to go. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. I highly recommend this place. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hsinchu."

"The location is excellent, right in the bustling area, which is incredibly convenient for travelers. While the breakfast options are simple, they're perfectly adequate to start the day. However, there's room for improvement in the stay experience. The air conditioning in the room couldn't be manually adjusted; it was either cold or even colder all night, affecting my sleep quality. Additionally, the toilet was leaking, and the constant sound of running water was quite annoying. If the facilities could be improved, this would be a much more ideal place to stay."

"I loved my room - very spacious and it came with a balcony with a cycling padding machine. There are a few things which I dislike are 1.lack of socket outlet - this is very obvious at the work desk area. if I need to work, I need to remove the lights socket and replaced with my laptop plug. So I have to work in very dim condition or to work on bed. 2. height of the socket outlet at work desk area is a bit out - I had to adjust the desk in another direction in order to work. 3. the height of the seat at the work desk area is not ideal - way too low 4. hair dryer is driving me crazy - other than mini size, it stopped every other min. N it would start again after a few mins rest. Other than the above mentioned, I am still happy with the hotel. When I mentioned about the hair dryer issue, the attendants at the reception were very helpful - they passed me another normal size hair dryer. I would come back again."

"The inn is a bit old; the door lock is a traditional knob lock with a chain, and the bathroom is also dated with water stains everywhere. However, the price is cheap, so it's worth considering. The staff were very polite and quite good."

We encountered an unfortunate situation with another hotel guest, and she handled the matter with great professionalism and care. She resolved the issue promptly and even upgraded our room, which we truly appreciated. Cathy is also very attentive and proactive—always quick to respond and ready to step forward to assist whenever needed. Her service made a big difference to our stay. Highly recommended."

"It's about 50 meters from the train station, with a convenience store downstairs. I parked my car in a designated parking lot across the street, which gives me one free entry and exit per day. The room was small, and the hair dryer seemed broken, producing less wind than my mouth. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, with only half a glass shower area, leaving the floor completely wet after showering. Even with the air conditioner turned down to minimum, it still blew directly onto people in the distance, making it very uncomfortable. For two people on a weekend, the price was 3400, a very poor value. The breakfast was average."
