"I stayed here for one night and the room was quite spacious and clean. The TV also supported screen mirroring, which was a nice touch. I booked a Deluxe King room, and 'Xiao Jie' at the front desk upgraded it for me. She mentioned it was next to Twin Lakes Park, and when I got to my room, I found it had floor-to-ceiling windows with a lovely view of the park's lake. They also offered a complimentary late-night snack, which was great – congee, small bread rolls, cold dishes, and sweet soup. Really excellent!"

Every inch of the corner was carefully cleaned, and there was no trace of dust. The bed was as clean as if it had been ironed, and the white sheets exude a faint fragrance of laundry detergent, which makes people instantly have the urge to lie down and rest. The bathroom is as clean as new, the toilet is clean and bright, there is no stain residue, the water stains on the sink are also wiped clean, and all kinds of toiletries are neatly arranged. The same is true in public areas, the corridor is clean and refreshing, there is no debris accumulation, and the handrails in the elevator are smooth and clean. "The room is quite spacious and the view outside the window is also very good. It's just that the furniture and appliances are quite old. But the hygiene is quite clean. The service was acceptable. One point was deducted because when we checked in, the front desk clerk did not tell us exactly where the elevator was for guest room check-in. As a result, I led two elderly people in their 80s with large and small bags. Xingli walked around in the lobby on the first floor. Moreover, in such a big hotel, there is no staff to deliver luggage in line, which is very inconvenient. Also, the breakfast in the hotel is not worth the 98 yuan at all. The milk is made from milk powder, and snacks such as small cakes are made from cheap plant-based cream. I probably won’t choose breakfast here again next time."

"I originally booked a business suite, but they upgraded me to a large suite, a full 120 square meters! It was very comfortable for two people. The service was excellent, everyone was very welcoming, and the cleanliness was great. "The group-buy deal offered great value for money. The environment was nice and quiet, which, on the flip side, meant the location was quite remote. There were no shops or restaurants nearby, and it took over ten minutes to drive to the nearest town. This hotel is really only suitable for those traveling by car and planning to stay put. Which brings me to the main issue: if guests are expected to stay within the hotel, the entertainment facilities should be top-notch, and there's a lot of room for improvement here. For starters, many of the machines in the 3rd-floor fitness center were broken. The kids' play area was tiny and offered nothing engaging to do; it felt like a half-hearted effort. We took our child there, walked around once, and ended up going back to the room to sleep and watch TV. The hotel staff seemed understaffed and, for a resort hotel, lacked enthusiasm and interaction. Finally, regarding the hot spring center: the outdoor pool was dirty, the hot spring pools were cold, and the wave pool had tiny waves. If it weren't for the complimentary tickets with our stay, it wouldn't have been worth visiting at all."
