"Xiangxi Crown Hotel is a hotel with really good service. The hotel is high-end and atmospheric, especially the front desk lady Cao Dan who helped with check-in and arranged the room. The check-in experience was good and the service was very considerate. The hotel transportation is also convenient, and it is very convenient to eat and go shopping around. The lady Dandan is very thoughtful and detailed in her explanation!"

"I stayed one night in the old town of Lubiancheng. The location was great, right inside the old town, and the price was reasonable, so I chose this place. I arrived very late and greeted the landlady first. She said it was fine until midnight. I wanted to explore the old town that night and return by 11:45 PM. However, the guesthouse was locked. There was a sign on the door saying to call if needed, but I called repeatedly for twenty minutes without an answer. I knocked loudly and shouted to open the door, but no one responded. Finally, someone poked their head out from the second floor and said the side door could be opened. Even though my late return was a disturbance, I couldn't understand why they wouldn't answer the phone or say anything. They wouldn't answer, reply, or explain anything about such a simple service call. Even if I stayed in the old town again the following night, I was too scared. The experience of not being able to return home and not being able to answer or respond to calls was too traumatic, so I decisively chose another place and dared not stay there again."

"I stayed at this hotel during my National Day holiday trip. It's located near Ganzhou Ancient City, about a ten-minute walk away. The hotel reception wasn't very grand, but the rooms were spacious and had the feel of a five-star hotel. They even provided a fruit platter, and the breakfast was very generous, far exceeding other hotels and basically reaching four-star standards. Most importantly, the price during the National Day holiday was reasonable, not one of those ridiculously inflated prices. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Jishou!"

"The best store in the ancient city of Qianzhou. Because it was inconvenient to carry children and carry luggage, and it was my first time here and I didn’t know the way. I called the front desk. After discussing with the boss, Miss Rosa at the front desk decided to go in person. We came to pick you up (I really appreciate this), and the check-in was very fast. The room faced the courtyard on the first floor, and there was a beautiful view outside the window. The breakfast provided was also very delicious. The staff who delivered the meal were super friendly. When I left, Miss Yuzi at the front desk prepared souvenirs for us and waited with us for the bus. The security guard at the door also helped us with our luggage. When we met the room manager, he also greeted us enthusiastically. The whole experience of staying here was super good. It was fun for children. I'm so happy that I couldn't bear to leave. If it weren't for the fact that I still have work to do later, I would like to stay a few more days. I really recommend it. You can go straight out to the ancient city from behind. It's very convenient. I will definitely stay here again next time I have a chance! Whether you are traveling with the elderly, children or as a couple, you must come here. Living in a good environment will make you feel much better."

1 The biggest feature is that the breakfast is great, rich in content, tastes good, and the environment is also very good.
2 The external environment of the hotel is very good.
3. The swimming pool experience is very poor. It gives the impression that the tenants are here to mop themselves up. There is no locker, no slippers, shampoo and shower gel. If you want a locker, you need to add 20 yuan.
4 The room experience was poor. (1) The door was insured after leaving the room and could not be opened. I went to the front desk and was told that it was insured by us (how could it be insured if there was no one in the room?). I could only ask the engineering department for repairs. In the end, the front desk refused to accept the insurance. admit. (2) The air conditioner could not be ”adjusted” and was extremely hot. I called the engineering department for inspection and maintenance. They said that the ventilation switch was turned off. After turning it on, it broke again after a period of time until I left."

"Located in the remote Miao village. If you love quiet peacefulness, come and stay for the night. Rooms are decorated with beautiful Miao tapestry, soft bedding, clean lines and is a very new feeling place. Breakfast was a range of small dishes, with fruits, noodles, hard boiled egg, etc, etc. Nice assortment. There is not much in the village, but people seeking a night of solitude, viewing the stars from the balcony and appreciating the beauty of the remote lifestyle of the Miao people will be enchanted. We stayed here between the busy visits to Fenghuang and Zhangjiajie and liked the natural, quiet feel."

"The room was clean and tidy, and the environment was nice; the view from the 16th floor was also quite good. However, breakfast was included in my booking through Ctrip, but the front desk staff pretended not to know unless I mentioned it. I checked in around 9 PM and checked out around 8 AM the next morning, and there was no breakfast at all! I was in a hurry to run errands, so I didn't think much of it."

"The location is excellent, right next to the ancient city. It is convenient to enter and exit the ancient city. The pedestrian street is opposite. The decoration of the hotel is antique and has ethnic characteristics. The girl Sha Sha at the front desk is warm and polite👍, 
The hotel also has free laundry, a bowl of porridge in the evening, and a rich breakfast buffet."

"The lady at the front desk of the hotel saw that she was bringing children, so she upgraded to a suite. The room was very large. She also gave the children special bathrobes and slippers, as well as fruits. The children were very happy. The breakfast was rich and the service attitude was also very good. It is recommended to stay here."

GGuillaume LarosaThe room looked new and was very clean. This hotel is run by a family, and they were always smiling, friendly, and available to help us. The host kindly came to pick us up in the parking lot and even drove us to the city center for our next destination, which we really appreciated. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the morning, and also had lunch there. They cooked especially for us, doing their best to make it perfect. I truly recommend this place and their child is absolutely adorable!

AAnonymous User攜一家老小到德夯來避暑，從沒住過苗寨，所以在選擇住宿的時候，沒有選擇賓館，而是選擇了當地苗族人的民宿。老闆老口子很能幹，早起晚睡，將房子、院子打掃的乾乾淨淨，清清爽爽。一天三餐都有，把老闆的手藝都吃了個遍。典型的苗家風味，桃花魚味道鮮美、桃花蟲衹有在這才能吃到，價格稍微貴一些，但味道很好。要老闆現殺了一衹母雞，清燉，非常推薦哦。
另外，要點贊一下德夯的旅遊接待中心，住在景區的民宿是要買門票的，二日有效。第一天下午5:30才到德夯景區，住下，晚上看了德夯幻境演出，第二天上午去看了流紗河看瀑布，回程在溪裏捉螃蟹🦀️，越捉越起勁。溪裏的小魚太機靈，望着岸上一直喊加油的崽，又不顧一切的撈小魚，好不容易撈到兩條。可能時間太長了，中午回到民宿就倒下了，中暑。打電話給遊客中心，特殊情況，看能否把二日票延期一天，第二天再去矮寨大橋。工作人員很快回復了，第二天又因修路，接駁大巴車限行，跟工作人員説明有老有小，又安排了小車接送。
雖然衹在德夯待了三天，但是處處能感受到苗寨人的淳樸、善良、真心待人，以及旅遊接待的高效。🈶️機會，一定再來小住。

GGuest UserThis was a cute little place! It's located inside the Dehang Canyon Scenic area (you need to purchase a ticket for ¥80 to enter) which is absolutely gorgeous. It's about an hour hike up to the Tianwen Platform and about 40 minutes to Flow Waterfall in Jiulong Canyon. (Side note: this place was almost empty and I was there during a holiday weekend! Amazing!)
The room looked relatively new and was clean and cutely decorated. It was so pleasant to sit at the small table and relax while listening to the stream right outside the window with the striking mountains in the background.The bed was the usual hard chinese style, but I was so tired that I slept well anyways! The bathroom had a slight smell but I think that was an issue with pipes rather than because of uncleanliness.
The owner came and picked me up from the park gate which was much appreciated after a long journey. His daughter was super cute as well, and gave me a banana and opened the door of my room for me!
I really felt like a guest in someone's home while I was here. It was a welcome feeling, and one that I don't often get while travelling. Overall I would recommend this inn and would return.

NNabrudisJust one word: amazing!!! Lost in the middle of nowhere, this hotel is a gem worth the detour. Both the camping car (ideal for a family) and the heated infinity pool were idyllic. The Aizhai highway bridge is breathtaking and one of the best views is indeed from the pool! The only downside is the limited dining options (the hotel restaurant closes very early at night; food delivery arranged by the hotel staff is possible, but it takes ages to arrive). But that's to be expected given the hotel's location.

It's right next to Century Square, with shopping malls and supermarkets downstairs, as well as a street full of late-night snacks. The rooms were clean and tidy, with no unpleasant odors, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The buffet late-night snacks were fantastic; after a tiring evening out, a bowl of hot wontons was a delightful treat. The breakfast selection was also plentiful. Excellent value for money! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

GGuest UserThis hotel was great value. We had big spacious rooms with bathrooms and a sun terrace to eat and dry our laundry. The thing I remember most is the kindness and hospitality of the lovely lady who runs the property. She was so smiley and accommodating. She helped us store our bikes in the lobby and carry our bags upstairs. We arrived a little early for check in and she offered us drinks from the refrigerator while we were waiting. In the morning she had been practicing English and asked us in English where we were from, where we were going and welcomed us to China and wished us luck with our journey. I was very touched by this kindness. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travellers

They also took the initiative to recommend me fun places and delicious restaurants around. When I checked in, I also sent disposable items intimately. The goodwill was directly full! The environment of the room is clean and tidy, there is no smell, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the night sleep is particularly fragrant, the facilities in the room are also very complete, smart toilets, air purifiers are all available, and the details are too good.
