"The overall room layout and some of the hardware facilities were good, which is what I'd expect from a Jinjiang Group hotel. The room was clean and hygienic, and the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were very convenient. The robot delivery service for food orders was quick and efficient, bringing meals right to the door. Its proximity to Wanda Plaza also made ordering takeout incredibly convenient.
However, I did have a few minor dissatisfactions with the soft furnishings. After check-in, there was no duvet on the bed, and the Wi-Fi password wasn't clearly displayed, so I had to ask the front desk for it. Thankfully, the front desk staff were very responsive and quick to resolve these issues, so it wasn't a major inconvenience.
Overall, I would still recommend staying here, although it's not as close to the high-speed rail station as I had imagined; it's still a bit of a distance."

"A truly excellent hotel, located right in the city center.
**Facilities:** This is a very high-end hotel with brand-new facilities. The thick carpets in the hallways feel wonderfully soft underfoot.
**Cleanliness:** The hotel's cleanliness is impeccable. The rooms are spotless, and the hallways, elevators, and even the parking garage are all very clean.
**Environment:** The surrounding area is lively, as it's a central location.
But the absolute standout is the service. We had gone to the arts center for a performance and it ended quite late. Driving back to Beijing would have been too tiring, so we made a last-minute decision to stay overnight. We arrived at the hotel around midnight after dinner. The staff on the ground floor were still incredibly energetic and professional, polite and attentive without being overly enthusiastic. They were a great help in resolving several issues. They truly deserve special commendation.
My only slight reservation is that while the room itself isn't small, the bathroom and shower take up about half the space, making the sleeping area feel a bit cramped."

"Overall, my stay has been good so far, but the room temperature is a significant issue. The air conditioning system is centrally controlled and only provides heating, not cooling. As a result, the room is often too warm, making the stay uncomfortable. Additionally, on the first day of check-in, room service sent the humidifier into my room, even though I was in the bathroom at the time. Still, the room service entered my room without my permission, which was quite surprising and raises concerns about safety and privacy."

"I brought my parents on this trip. The hotel's location is excellent, right off the highway, which was incredibly convenient.
As soon as we entered the lobby, it felt truly unique. It was like a wonderland, perfect for taking photos and checking in. The hotel staff were exceptionally warm and provided very thoughtful service. We even participated in a check-in activity with our child and received a small gift, which made our little one very happy.
The hotel offers a variety of additional activities, such as traditional Chinese medicine wellness, aromatherapy, and making sachets and soaps. The content was rich, and the experience was very comfortable. There's also an indoor swimming pool in the basement if anyone is interested in trying it out.
This stay was fantastic. The room even had cute dinosaur elements, which our child absolutely loved and didn't want to leave. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again."

"I stayed in a super great hotel on this trip, and I must recommend it to everyone!
As soon as I stepped into the hotel lobby, my eyes were bright. The warm-toned lights and exquisite ornaments created a full atmosphere. The front desk staff Jingjing, Xiaoming, and Xinyue were enthusiastic and professional. They quickly helped me check in and recommended fun places around.
The room was even more amazing, with spacious space and soft and comfortable bedding. It felt like being wrapped in clouds when I lay down, and I slept so well! The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, and the quality of toiletries was also very good.
The hotel has a rich variety of breakfasts, both Chinese and Western, and the freshly made wontons are super satisfying. The gym is fully equipped, and you can exercise in your spare time. The location is also great, with convenient transportation around, close to popular attractions and shopping malls. This stay experience is perfect, and I will choose this place next time I travel!"

No need to go downstairs repeatedly, it was contactless and hassle-free – so smart and thoughtful! The hot water in the shower came on quickly, with stable pressure, and the disposable amenities were of good quality, perfectly adequate for daily use. The location was also ideal, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it easy to get around and shop. The value for money is absolutely fantastic. GGuest UserService: Every staff member was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. Cleanliness: Exceptionally clean and reassuring. Every room had a new toiletries seal, and towels were kept in a sterilizer. Facilities were comprehensive, with a laundry room and gym available. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Sanhe City! They even gave me a scratch-off lottery ticket when I left, and roses for Valentine's Day. Very satisfied.

1. The location is excellent, transportation is convenient, and there's private parking. The hotel has complete facilities, and the rooms are clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff were very friendly, proactive, and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options. It's a great value, and the room was very clean. The service was very friendly and helpful, and I would definitely stay here again.

The room was incredibly spacious and exceptionally bright. The breakfast spread was generous and absolutely delicious. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They even had a robot deliver breakfast vouchers and disposable cups to our room promptly. Even the housekeeping staff were attentive, proactively asking if we needed our room serviced. Complimentary parking was a huge plus. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers. Vienna Hotel will definitely be my top choice for future stays.

This stay was exceptionally pleasant! The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient access to transportation and restaurants. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft, and I slept very well. Staff member Edison was very friendly and patiently answered all my questions. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted good. Overall, it was great value for money, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area. GGuest UserThe room and women's lockers were clean, but there were many dirty towels left in the resting area next to the hot springs pools. Customer service at the front desk wasn't very good this time when we wanted to go to the hot springs. The man working the front desk took a long time finding someone to accompany us to the hot springs, and when a lady finally came to accompany us there, she took us back to our rooms, instead, even though we had clearly told the man at the front desk we wanted to go to the hot springs. The employees didn't communicate with each other clearly,nor did they use common sense. When I first asked the front desk employee to accompany us to the hot springs, he said no and waved us away, but I knew it was complicated to get there and he had to tell the hot springs we were hotel guests, like what happened when I had stayed there before. It's only possible to communicate using a translation app here, since no employee speaks a single word of English, even. The restaurant's electronic menu is only in Chinese, too, so we needed to use a translation app to read the menu, also. They didn't light up all the lights in the hot springs area tonight, so it was much darker than when I had come here before. Regarding our hotel room, the refrigerator didn't work, even though it was plugged in, and the mattresses were hard.
