Everything is so good, the food in breakfast and the cleaning service is very well done, the only thing is the time to breakfast, one hour more will be better many people don’t claim breakfast because of it

The room was a good size, clean, quiet, and comfortable. I travel frequently for work and used to stay across the street before it opened, but now that it's open, I decided to stay there. It's a Giorgio Morandi chain with branches in other cities. The hotel service was warm and attentive; they even gave me a gift. Parking was convenient.

We stayed at this hotel for a night before heading to Kitano with our kids. The facilities are brand new, as it's a recently renovated hotel from 2025. The cleanliness is excellent, and the service is attentive. They offer self-service laundry and a gym. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

The room was incredibly spacious and exceptionally bright. The breakfast spread was generous and absolutely delicious. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They even had a robot deliver breakfast vouchers and disposable cups to our room promptly. Even the housekeeping staff were attentive, proactively asking if we needed our room serviced. Complimentary parking was a huge plus. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers. Vienna Hotel will definitely be my top choice for future stays.

This is our third year celebrating Chinese New Year at the Sheraton Guan. Overall, it's pretty good; the room and dining services are excellent. Just a heads-up for anyone visiting in winter: avoid rooms facing south. They get incredibly hot. The hotel's central AC only blows hot air, and with the direct sunlight, the room becomes unbearable for sleeping. To make matters worse, the windows only open a tiny crack – it was truly a struggle!

Two big and one small hot spring tickets: The hot spring is really bad. It is very small. It will be frozen to death when you enter the dressing room. After changing your clothes, you will see a lot of uncles and aunts. In each different big pool, there is no staff management.
