We took our kids to Bazhou to visit friends and soak in the hot springs, and we were pleasantly surprised to discover this hotel. It had just opened but didn't have any renovation smells. The whole place was smartly controlled, very new, and the service was excellent! Any needs were met immediately. It's amazing that a county-level city like Bazhou could offer the service and environment of a top-tier hotel! The towels were thick and just the right thickness, and the toothbrushes and toothpaste were from well-known brands. Every detail and experience was superb! 👍 This is a heartfelt review and I had to give it a thumbs up! Highly recommended! I'll definitely choose Haiyue again next time I'm in Bazhou! If this were in Beijing, I'd stay here every day, hahaha.

The Zheng'an Palace room is spacious and bright, the bedding is clean and tidy, there is no smell, the facilities are perfect, the bathroom is dry and wet, the room is soundproofed, the lobby of the Zheng'an Palace Hotel is magnificent, and my lover is sitting in the hotel lobby taking photos. The breakfast is varied, and the food that the young and old love to eat is nutritious and delicious, especially the service staff. When they see the guests, they are polite and smile and say hello, responsive, and have a good professionalism. After checking out, they also presented fruit to the guests. Zheng'an Palace is located in the core of the entire scenic spot. The beautiful scenery, ancient construction and entertainment are near the Zheng'an Palace. Especially standing on the balcony on the third floor of the Zheng'an Palace overlooking the entire First City Scenic Area. The beautiful scenery is panoramic. The friends who like to worship Buddha live in the Zheng'an Palace. It is most suitable for Da'an Temple. Golden Buddha Temple. The scenery of the first city of Xianghe is beautiful. Friends must live in the first city of Zheng'an Palace, slowly enjoy the beautiful scenery, take a few beautiful photos to keep a record of beautiful moments.

This stay experience really exceeded expectations! The environment here is particularly healing, the surroundings are clean and elegant, and there is a small vegetable garden full of vitality, full of green eyes, the air is particularly fresh, the morning and evening walks are particularly comfortable, and the city is instantly away from the hustle and bustle. The interior layout is warm and attentive, the details are full, the facilities are complete and clean, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the room is well lit and ventilated, and the living is particularly safe. The service is even more intimate, the staff is warm and thoughtful, and the needs can be responded in time, making people feel particularly warm. The overall experience is full. A perfect score! The hotel environment is great, with lots of greenery in the courtyard. It was very quiet throughout my stay, and I had a wonderful rest. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and efficient. The rooms were spacious, each with a large private hot spring tub, allowing you to enjoy a private bath without leaving your room – pure comfort! The buffet breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I'll definitely stay here again!

The hotel is located within a resort area, with expansive waterways that offer a breathtaking view. The rooms were very well maintained. The receptionist, Xiao Liang, and the female manager were incredibly welcoming. While the family room didn't have a huge number of toys, it was still very cozy. During check-in, they even thoughtfully asked if we needed to upgrade to a room with a lake view. I highly recommend buying the package deal. Besides the hotel stay, it includes over a dozen activities such as boating, kayaking, go-karting, and water golf. One day isn't enough to experience everything. There's also a fireworks festival on Saturday night, which the kids had a blast with. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and travel experience. If I had to nitpick, the food at this five-star hotel wasn't quite up to expectations. But overall, I was very satisfied. I didn't even use all the package activities; I'd definitely go again!

In winter, hot springs are a better choice, not many people. Good location, rich breakfast. The environment is OK, the facilities are relatively new, and there are many places to eat around.

The hotel's overall decor isn't new, and there's no air conditioning in the lobby, but I appreciate the disabled access. During large events, they might be understaffed, as there was a chaotic scene with kids running around. There weren't many staff working on the weekend either. The interior design is also quite old; one pillow was visibly dirty, and the carpet had years of old stains. The air conditioning wasn't cooling; it stayed hot even after being on for a long time during the day, and the windows had smudges. The buffet, however, was good with plenty of choices and tasty food.

I stayed in this hotel once before and thought it was pretty good, so I booked it again on a business trip. The price-performance ratio is really super high, the environment is particularly good, and the hygiene is clean. I also thank the staff for their thoughtful service.

This is our third year celebrating Chinese New Year at the Sheraton Guan. Overall, it's pretty good; the room and dining services are excellent. Just a heads-up for anyone visiting in winter: avoid rooms facing south. They get incredibly hot. The hotel's central AC only blows hot air, and with the direct sunlight, the room becomes unbearable for sleeping. To make matters worse, the windows only open a tiny crack – it was truly a struggle!
