We took our kids to Bazhou to visit friends and soak in the hot springs, and we were pleasantly surprised to discover this hotel. It had just opened but didn't have any renovation smells. The whole place was smartly controlled, very new, and the service was excellent! Any needs were met immediately. It's amazing that a county-level city like Bazhou could offer the service and environment of a top-tier hotel! The towels were thick and just the right thickness, and the toothbrushes and toothpaste were from well-known brands. Every detail and experience was superb! 👍 This is a heartfelt review and I had to give it a thumbs up! Highly recommended! I'll definitely choose Haiyue again next time I'm in Bazhou! If this were in Beijing, I'd stay here every day, hahaha.

The hotel's facilities offer great value for money, and the front desk and room service are excellent. However, this was my first time encountering such a lack of professionalism and poor attitude from a reservations sales person. Since the hotel is close to Beijing and quite large, I thought it would be a good option for future conferences, offering good value. I asked the sales person if she could show me the meeting rooms and provide a quote so we could keep them in mind for future events. The female sales person impatiently replied that there were many meeting rooms and insisted I provide the exact number of attendees before she could show me any, otherwise, it would be impossible. Shouldn't a good sales person strive to fully showcase their products and services to meet both current and future market demands? We will have many conferences in the future, ranging from small to large scale. Don't they want to build a client base for future sales? This is the first time I've encountered such a sales approach! Perhaps because it's in Yanjiao, and there are no other hotels that can compete, they simply don't lack customers!

We were upgraded to a deluxe room for free, but the bathtub in the room was leaking, so we upgraded to a suite the next day. The accommodation is very good, and the room is large. There were some minor incidents. Tongtong at the front desk helped a lot, and apologized when it was not her fault. This is what the service industry needs to do. Only then can you be a qualified service worker. I will go there again next time. The children like the tractor park very much. It would be great if there was a children's playground. The slide at the entrance of Haolike has too much friction and cannot be slid down. I hope there are more children's facilities. The place for children to play on the first floor of Hilton is also relatively small. Overall, the environment is good, the scenery is beautiful, and the place is large. There are too few things to play for 2-3 year old babies. But it is very good for adults.

A perfect score! The hotel environment is great, with lots of greenery in the courtyard. It was very quiet throughout my stay, and I had a wonderful rest. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and efficient. The rooms were spacious, each with a large private hot spring tub, allowing you to enjoy a private bath without leaving your room – pure comfort! The buffet breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I'll definitely stay here again!

Our corner room had floor-to-ceiling windows on one side, which meant it wasn't very well insulated. They brought us a portable fan, but the room was still quite hot. The indoor kids' play area was too small; it got crowded and hard to play in with just a few children. Also, we had pre-paid for two nights, but the front desk only activated our key card for one day. We had to go back to reception to get it updated before we could get into our room on the second day.

This is our third year celebrating Chinese New Year at the Sheraton Guan. Overall, it's pretty good; the room and dining services are excellent. Just a heads-up for anyone visiting in winter: avoid rooms facing south. They get incredibly hot. The hotel's central AC only blows hot air, and with the direct sunlight, the room becomes unbearable for sleeping. To make matters worse, the windows only open a tiny crack – it was truly a struggle!
