GGuest UserAs soon as we arrived at Daxing Airport, the staff was already waiting at Gate 11 on the third floor. The pick-up car we used was a Denza electric business car, which was very comfortable and very close to the hotel, and we arrived in a short while. The hotel is in a good location, with KFC downstairs. The staff was very enthusiastic when we entered the lobby and checked me in. I booked a superior suite, which was very large. The hotel is newly opened, and the equipment is very new. The bed was very comfortable to sleep on, and there was also wireless charging at the head of the bed, which was very convenient. I went downstairs to eat the next morning. The restaurant was decorated like a small bar, with a very good atmosphere. You can also order coffee, and there are various beer purées such as dark beer and yellow beer. It was very comfortable to chat and drink coffee after dinner. When I returned to the room, I saw a gym on the first floor. I went in to take a look, and the equipment was all brand new. I worked out for an hour and then went back to the room to take a shower and take a nap. It was really great. In summary, this is a hotel with very high cost performance!

First thing: This plan 26.1.1 stayed for one night on the same day, because the itinerary changed, so I renewed the reservation for one night, so 1.1 and 1.2 stayed here. Because I am afraid that the renewal will affect the use of the 1.2 door card, so 1.1 after the online renewal in the afternoon, I immediately went to the front desk to communicate about the renewal of the door card. After the front desk operation, it said that the door card on the evening of the 2nd has been renewed, and the 1.2 and 1.3 door cards can also be used normally. It turned out that there was no accident. When I returned to the hotel in the afternoon, the door card really could not be used. I went to the front desk to communicate the matter. At this time, the front desk said that I would make a 180-degree turn, indicating that of course, I had to renew the card again. I said that I was afraid that the room card could not be used normally. So 1.1 In the afternoon, I specially communicated and operated because of this problem. At that time, the front desk said that the 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3 room cards could be used normally before leaving. At this time, the front desk argued that it may be a problem with the card renewal system.
The second thing: 1.2 I ordered a glass of water at noon. At 11:25, I received a short message from the rider saying that the robot sent it. I still didn't receive it after 20 minutes. I called the front desk and asked when it could be sent. At this time, the front desk arranged for the robot to send water.
The third thing: 1.3 2 takeaways were ordered in the morning. I received a call from one of the riders saying that the robot delivered. The robot went to the door and closed the door after taking the takeaway. When I found that there were still items in the deepest part of the robot cabin that were not taken, it felt like the second takeaway. But at this time, the robot hatch door was closed and could not be opened. At that time, there was a staff member at the door of the room, asking how to solve the matter, the staff immediately contacted the front desk, telling the front desk that there were leftover items in the robot cabin that were not taken, and let the robot send it again. One minute later, the staff told me to contact the front desk by myself, because the front desk replied that there were no leftover items in the robot cabin. So I immediately called the front desk to explain this problem. At this time, the front desk did not mention the problem of no leftover items found in the cabin. Yuan said that the robot would be arranged to send it again. Because I was worried that the leftover items would be taken away from other rooms, I personally went downstairs to the front desk to confirm. At this time, it was found that the front desk did not arrange for the robot to be delivered again, the robot was resting and did not work; there was no tenant at the front desk waiting for check-in or check-out. I called the front desk staff to open the robot cabin door and found that the leftover items were still in the cabin. I took the takeaway in the cabin. The front desk has not said a word of sorry for the negligence and malfeasance of work from beginning to end. What's more ridiculous is that soon after returning to the room, the robot came to the door.
Overall, the hotel hardware is still possible, but the front desk service is really very poor, and training needs to be strengthened. It is urgent to improve service awareness and work responsibility.

GGuest UserThe hotel was good , I have nothing to say but I can give them five star the place is clean , quite it’s a five star everything was perfect, Chinese restaurant and supermarket are in the first floor very convenient KFC, MC DONALD PIZZA HUT are are around one minute away from the apartment. The hotel is nice the style of building is nice , interior design is the best . I like there worker /customer service is 100% 希际LOFTj精品民宿 . I can recommend any one to go it’s a very nice place . After 3 days of stay I extended one day to another room was nice too ❤️❤️🌹🌹🌹🌹

GGuest UserThe swimming pool, breakfast and dinner of this hotel are all good! It is very close to Tongzhou, so our family has stayed here many times.
During the holiday, the hotel was almost fully booked, and the waiter was a little too busy. The hotel manager personally carried our luggage to the room, which was very enthusiastic! There was a shy Allen at the front desk (I think the name of the brand name is this) who felt like a newcomer and was serious! There was a waitress in a black suit in the restaurant who worked after breakfast and dinner, but the service was always enthusiastic and patient!
The above are my own observations as a guest staying here. My family will stay here again~

MMichael Exploring China and BeyondWe visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often.
This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate.
Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period.
This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well.
The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel.
I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success.
The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel.
His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer.
Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful.
Especially, in the current highly competitive market.
As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses.
Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service.
The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication.
True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff.
As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor.
The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor.
Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels.
Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay.

Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”.
As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard.
The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard.
We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay.
The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of.
They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable.
We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”.
This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas.
We look forward to our next stay, see you soon.

BBrettschneiderExcellent place to stay for a weekend getaway to the coutryside but not super far from BJ. It is located right in the exit of Xianghe west of 7th capital ring express. It only takes 50 minutes to drive from sanlitun in beijing. When I first enter the courtyard,I was so amazed by the nice cosy small courtyard which makes you feel at home. All rooms are cosy and comfortable，located on the ground floor around the small garden with flowers. Each room has air conditioning. The bathroom is clean with shower and towel.There is a washing machine in the living room as well. Everything is super clean, the owner quickly responds if something is needed. Overall the day passed in a pleasant atmosphere :) I will certainly book again next time.BTW,there is a barbecue grill I will try :) If you are specifically looking for such a place quiet and quaint. Absolutely recommendable!

GGuest UserThe room and women's lockers were clean, but there were many dirty towels left in the resting area next to the hot springs pools. Customer service at the front desk wasn't very good this time when we wanted to go to the hot springs. The man working the front desk took a long time finding someone to accompany us to the hot springs, and when a lady finally came to accompany us there, she took us back to our rooms, instead, even though we had clearly told the man at the front desk we wanted to go to the hot springs. The employees didn't communicate with each other clearly,nor did they use common sense. When I first asked the front desk employee to accompany us to the hot springs, he said no and waved us away, but I knew it was complicated to get there and he had to tell the hot springs we were hotel guests, like what happened when I had stayed there before. It's only possible to communicate using a translation app here, since no employee speaks a single word of English, even. The restaurant's electronic menu is only in Chinese, too, so we needed to use a translation app to read the menu, also. They didn't light up all the lights in the hot springs area tonight, so it was much darker than when I had come here before. Regarding our hotel room, the refrigerator didn't work, even though it was plugged in, and the mattresses were hard.

TTheMachineThe compound and apartment are both very nice. Check-in was not difficult for us but only because we used WeChat and spoke Mandarin. Amenities were sufficient, though the kitchen lacked a microwave. The kitchen initially also lacked cooking supplies but our host provided them upon our request. The host is very responsive on WeChat. The compound has a playground and a few shops, and there are plenty of small restaurants just outside the compound. The location of the compound is right across the Chaobai river from Beijing, very close to one of the three bridges in the area. Crossing the bridge into Beijing by car requires passing a border check station which is slightly inconvenient as a foreigner since you will likely be required to go into the station to register every time. However, after the first crossing, subsequent crossings were very fast for us (1-2min processing time) and our rideshare drivers waited for us with no problems. Most of the time, the compound is ~20-25min by car to LuCheng subway station in Beijing, which is currently the closest subway station to the compound. However, during the morning rush hour on workdays, the border check station going into Beijing will have traffic jams up to 30+min. A rideshare (DiDi or Hello Ride) to/from LuCheng subway station costs around 20-30CNY each way. There are also public buses that go directly to/from LuCheng subway station but they only run during rush hour, and passengers still have to get off at the border check station for processing. This border check station is currently a big inconvenience, but current road and subway constructions in the area may alleviate this inconvenience in the near future.
Currently, it is difficult to find short term apartment rentals that accept foreigners in/near Beijing, so this stay was great value for money, despite us having paid ~2-3x the cost of rent for locals, it was still priced below tiny rooms in most Beijing hotels.
