Cleanliness: Exceptionally clean and reassuring. Every room had a new toiletries seal, and towels were kept in a sterilizer.
Facilities were comprehensive, with a laundry room and gym available. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Sanhe City! They even gave me a scratch-off lottery ticket when I left, and roses for Valentine's Day. Very satisfied.

GGuest UserThe location is good for me to visit my parents who live in Yanda senior home. There are a lot restaurants and stores very close too, very convenient and easy to call a DiDi. Hotel is well equipped and the room is very large. Washer and driers are free to use. The only thing I don’t like is the smell of cigarettes, seems smoking is allowed in all the rooms.

This time I stayed at the Lerner Hotel, the whole process was comfortable and pleasant, and I must give full praise! The overall environment of the hotel is elegant and atmospheric, the public area is clean and tidy, the lighting is transparent, the decoration is simple and high-end, and I feel relaxed and comfortable as soon as I enter the door. The room is spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and I lie down for a good night's sleep; The bathroom is clean and odorless, the hot water is stable, the water pressure is comfortable, and the quality of toiletries is online; the fresh air and air conditioning are quiet, and the sound insulation effect is also very good, which does not affect the rest at all. The rooms are cleaned meticulously, the corners are clean, the details are full, and the stay is particularly safe.
The most praiseworthy is the service! Xiao Guo at the front desk is handsome and friendly, check-in is efficient and neat, take the initiative to introduce the room type and hotel facilities, patiently answer questions, smile and sunshine and professional, making people a first impression. Yu was thoughtful and thoughtful throughout the whole process, from check-in guidance to demand response to meticulous, quickly coordinated and solved problems, treated people sincerely, managed in place, and made the service feel warm to the guests. The two staff members are professional and warm, making the journey feel warm.
The hotel is fully furnished, convenient to travel, and cost-effective. Whether it is a business trip or a trip, Lerner is a great choice. With such an excellent team and intimate service, I will definitely come again next time and highly recommend it to friends around me!

Environment: The room was very clean and the cleaning was also very good after staying for 2 days.
Facilities: There is a self-service laundry room on the second floor. If you want to wash your clothes, go there yourself. Breakfast is in the lobby on the first floor and takes a long time.

GGuest UserThe room was incredibly spacious and exceptionally bright. The breakfast spread was generous and absolutely delicious. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They even had a robot deliver breakfast vouchers and disposable cups to our room promptly. Even the housekeeping staff were attentive, proactively asking if we needed our room serviced. Complimentary parking was a huge plus. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers. Vienna Hotel will definitely be my top choice for future stays.

BBrettschneiderExcellent place to stay for a weekend getaway to the coutryside but not super far from BJ. It is located right in the exit of Xianghe west of 7th capital ring express. It only takes 50 minutes to drive from sanlitun in beijing. When I first enter the courtyard,I was so amazed by the nice cosy small courtyard which makes you feel at home. All rooms are cosy and comfortable，located on the ground floor around the small garden with flowers. Each room has air conditioning. The bathroom is clean with shower and towel.There is a washing machine in the living room as well. Everything is super clean, the owner quickly responds if something is needed. Overall the day passed in a pleasant atmosphere :) I will certainly book again next time.BTW,there is a barbecue grill I will try :) If you are specifically looking for such a place quiet and quaint. Absolutely recommendable!

MMichael Exploring China and BeyondWe visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often.
This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate.
Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period.
This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well.
The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel.
I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success.
The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel.
His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer.
Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful.
Especially, in the current highly competitive market.
As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses.
Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service.
The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication.
True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff.
As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor.
The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor.
Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels.

Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”.
As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard.
The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard.
We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay.
The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of.
They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable.
We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”.
This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas.

The hotel has a special car to pick up from Disney and the subway station, which is very convenient. The staff is very enthusiastic. I personally rate this hotel higher than Sheraton. I even think it would definitely get four stars if it had a bathtub.
Thanks to the location of the hotel, the room is super quiet when the windows are closed at night, and you can rest well. This is the hotel with the best value for money and the best feeling in the past two years. I will stay here again next time I go to Disney (˵¯͒〰¯͒˵)

AAnonymous UserTwo big and one small hot spring tickets: The hot spring is really bad. It is very small. It will be frozen to death when you enter the dressing room. After changing your clothes, you will see a lot of uncles and aunts. In each different big pool, there is no staff management.
Facilities: Hotel facilities are good, there is a private soup in the house. Breakfast is an ordinary box lunch. We have two large and one small rooms, but there is no child for breakfast.
Hygienic: Very good, plenty of sunshine
Environment: very quiet, very warm

TTheMachineThe compound and apartment are both very nice. Check-in was not difficult for us but only because we used WeChat and spoke Mandarin. Amenities were sufficient, though the kitchen lacked a microwave. The kitchen initially also lacked cooking supplies but our host provided them upon our request. The host is very responsive on WeChat. The compound has a playground and a few shops, and there are plenty of small restaurants just outside the compound. The location of the compound is right across the Chaobai river from Beijing, very close to one of the three bridges in the area. Crossing the bridge into Beijing by car requires passing a border check station which is slightly inconvenient as a foreigner since you will likely be required to go into the station to register every time. However, after the first crossing, subsequent crossings were very fast for us (1-2min processing time) and our rideshare drivers waited for us with no problems. Most of the time, the compound is ~20-25min by car to LuCheng subway station in Beijing, which is currently the closest subway station to the compound. However, during the morning rush hour on workdays, the border check station going into Beijing will have traffic jams up to 30+min. A rideshare (DiDi or Hello Ride) to/from LuCheng subway station costs around 20-30CNY each way. There are also public buses that go directly to/from LuCheng subway station but they only run during rush hour, and passengers still have to get off at the border check station for processing. This border check station is currently a big inconvenience, but current road and subway constructions in the area may alleviate this inconvenience in the near future.
Currently, it is difficult to find short term apartment rentals that accept foreigners in/near Beijing, so this stay was great value for money, despite us having paid ~2-3x the cost of rent for locals, it was still priced below tiny rooms in most Beijing hotels.
