"Our trip to Hainan led us to the Sansanyue Hotel, highly recommended for families with children, and it truly exceeded our expectations. It's an absolute 'stress-free vacation choice' for those traveling with kids.
The hotel's design draws inspiration from 'moon culture,' with its architecture resembling a bright moon standing tall by the coast. At night, when the lights come on, the scene evokes a stunning 'moon rising from the sea' ambiance. The original IP character, the 'Heart-Hand Bunny,' is woven throughout the entire hotel, from plush toys and wall art to room details, creating a playful atmosphere that captivated our child the moment we walked in.
Regarding the room, our sea-view king room was well-laid out and offered expansive views.
The hotel's activity schedule is one of its biggest highlights. From morning till night, the parent-child workshops are rarely repetitive, featuring activities like mooncake DIY, painting, pillow fights, and lawn concerts, all professionally organized. Our child was thoroughly engaged, allowing us parents to relax a bit. The indoor 2800㎡ Heart-Hand Bunny Paradise is well-equipped with facilities including rock climbing, arcade games, and craft areas, ensuring no boredom even on rainy days. The outdoor tropical rainforest water park and the 100-meter infinity pool are a paradise for children. It's also worth noting that the hotel provides shuttle services to the CDF Duty-Free Shop and the airport.
As for dining, the buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was served until 11 AM, perfectly suiting a relaxed vacation pace.
Overall, the Sansanyue Hotel truly understands both children and parents when it comes to family services – with thoughtful details, engaging activities, and comprehensive amenities. While there were minor imperfections, it remains an excellent choice for a family vacation in Hainan. We look forward to our next visit, to once again enjoy that 'moon rising from the sea' with our child."

"Our experience was fantastic, and we're already planning to come back next year! As soon as we arrived, they upgraded our room, and all the staff were incredibly warm and polite – the service was truly exceptional. The room itself was beautiful, though January was a bit chilly, so we could only brave the pool for a short while before getting too cold. Luckily, the hot tub saved the day! The bedding and towels in the room were very comfortable, and the shower was great too. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, but the absolute highlight was a sliced bread called 'braided bread' – it was incredibly delicious! Please pass on our compliments to the baker!
There's an underground parking garage, and the beach is wonderfully quiet with nice waves, though swimming and surfing aren't permitted. The outdoor environment is stunning, especially at night with the beautiful lights and large trees. The heated pool was a comfortable temperature, and the underwater jet propulsion system, while a bit pricey, was a lot of fun. The only minor quibble is that the gym felt a bit old and neglected, and the ropes definitely need some lubrication. But this is a very small imperfection in an otherwise wonderful stay."

"In part this hotel is great, but it has some serious downsides. The room is fine, clean and spacious (although the finishes are very cheap). The bed is very comfortable as well as the pillows. The view is absolutely stunning and enjoying this from the bathtub is lovely and relaxing. If there are no clouds, you can see the sunset. When you arrive you feel like you’ve come to a tranquil place, but sadly this stops at around 17:30. On the streets below are restaurants and karaoke and it is like they’re singing inside your room. The insulation is terrible, both inside and outside. Staff will make sure the music is turned off around 22:30, but you have to ask, every single night. Staff and service are excellent though, very helpful and friendly. I was very disappointed by the rooftop terrace. It’s advertised with water, and plenty of seating, very bright and looking like a great place to relax. It is not, at least not anymore. As you can see in the pictures there’s no water in the basin, there’s no maintenance and everything is looking sad and rundown. Next to the hotel is a little shop, which is nice. The beach is small, but great and the sea water is lovely."

"Being a Trip.com Diamond member didn't seem to help much. I selected room upgrade and late check-out when booking, but the room upgrade wasn't available at check-in. At check-out, the front desk said late check-out was only until 1 PM. After I asked, they only offered one extra breakfast, and the quality of the breakfast wasn't great – it was just convenient to eat because it was close. There were mosquitoes in the room; I ended up with a Big Dipper constellation of bites on my hand overnight. The hotel environment is quite good, though. I mainly stayed here for tennis, and it's also convenient for surfing."

"The DoubleTree by Hilton Spa Hotel truly made our family vacation special, right from check-in to check-out, thanks to the professional and warm service of Helen at the front desk. We were quite tired from our journey, but Helen greeted us with a smile and quickly processed our check-in. She also proactively introduced us to the hotel's unique hot springs, pool opening hours, and activities for families. Over the next few days, every time we passed the front desk, Helen would greet us warmly and ask if we needed any help. She even recommended some authentic local eateries that only locals would know about. The hotel itself was also impeccable: the room was clean and spacious, housekeeping was meticulous, and the balcony offered a lovely view of the lush garden. The hot springs had a great variety of pools, and soaking in them at night was incredibly relaxing. Breakfast offered a wide selection; my child especially loved the waffles, and I really enjoyed the coffee. "This is our second time here, and it's just as amazing! Incredible sea views and fantastic value for money! Coming in the off-season is the best. The room has a washing machine, which is super convenient for longer stays. If you're an animal lover, it's even better – not just kids, but adults too will love the adorable pet camp; it's so therapeutic. Plus, there are lots of little cats roaming around the commercial street.
I really want to give a special shout-out to the staff; they were incredibly responsive to every request. When we checked in, they mentioned there might be renovation noise. We said we'd stay first and switch if needed, and sure enough, they called the next day specifically to check if we wanted to change rooms. In the morning, we mentioned we didn't need housekeeping right away, and they came back in the afternoon to ask if we still wanted it. The butler also brought us fruit and was always ready to answer any questions.
Areas for improvement (hoping these can be fixed for our next visit):
1. The balcony chairs are way too hard, making it uncomfortable to sit and enjoy the sea view for long periods. It really affects the experience.
2. The gym is too small. For such a large number of guests, only two treadmills are simply not enough. Also, there were many children running around, which felt quite unsafe."

Service: The front desk ladies were super nice! They provided sweet soup and fruit every day, which was a delight. The room fridge was also stocked with snacks and drinks.
Facilities: There were free washing machines and dryers, and a footbath area right at the entrance. Overall, it was super convenient.
Environment: Very nice. There's a bar right at the entrance, connected to the pool, and the ocean is across the street. It was so comfortable to just lie down by the bar at sunset.
Cleanliness: Very clean and well-maintained. The sand in the room was completely gone.
Transportation was also quite convenient. The pedestrian street next to it was full of delicious food and fun things to do, and you can rent an electric scooter to go to the village for some good food.
Overall, I loved it! I'll be back next time!"

In the morning, I watched the hotel staff carefully clean the swimming pool for almost 2 hours, and then went in for a happy swim. The sea and sky were all the same color, lawns, woods, beaches, and sea water. Compared to the kind of seaside villas with unobstructed views , the progressive depth of different landscapes, and the sense of envelopment brought by the mountains and the sea, let people blend into the embrace of nature in a very safe state, and return to the most authentic state,,, through the woods When I saw the local people sitting or standing on the rocks on the seaside in the distance, Zheng Zhihua's sailors instantly came to my mind. The freedom and power shown in this picture will also become a kind of spiritual nourishment that will nourish the future. Life, this is one of the meanings of travel.

TTravertine_Cloud-05Hotel Sanya Terran is the kind of place that inspires you to start writing a novel.
When I arrived there in the late evening around midnight or a bit after, the entrance lobby had me entranced, as it was serenaded in a blue glow, trickling different shades and layers of neon and dark blue. It added an aura of mystery, as not many people were around.
As I stayed there for a number of days, I felt, at times, like I was in an adventure novel. There are gigantic stone decorations that make it feel like you are walking through an ancient ruin. Long glass corridors wrap around many parts of the building and align with rows of hotel rooms (in one of the bldgs).
The pool is lovely and nestled in between the two wings of the hotel. The second wing of the hotel has rooms and the fitness center, where many holiday-goers are active taking instructed classes.
There were times were it felt like I was in an elaborate lair setting in a video game. The front lobby has grand seating arrangements, one of which has a foot pool recessed inside the main couch lounge near the front desk.
Overall, it was wonderful, and I was able to meet some interesting individuals. The room was immaculate and a giant steal at that price. Just a note: when ordering takeout (esp. Western food), many shops are further away, and may not be able to deliver to the hotel. It's better to go into the nearby town to find food. The hotel manager was kind enough to drive me there one night.
I look forward to going there again and continuing the thrilling adventure✨

XXunzhaolongzhudejiqimaoI stayed at Raffles Clearwater Bay for four days, and it was a very comfortable experience overall – the kind of hotel you don't really want to leave. The hotel environment is very peaceful, with excellent landscaping. Walking around the grounds, you don't feel any noise or hustle. Watching the sea during the day and feeling the breeze at night, the pace naturally slows down, making it perfect for a trip where you're not rushing anything and just want to relax.
The room was quite satisfying. It was spacious and kept very clean. The bedding and bathroom facilities were comfortable, and I felt completely at ease using them. Every day coming back to the room, it felt 'tidied up and taken care of,' which was a huge plus. The staff were generally very friendly, not with a forced enthusiasm, but rather in a way that made interaction feel very relaxed.
I especially want to mention my room butler, Chloris. She anticipated many details in advance, and communication was very smooth without needing repeated explanations. She was very steady in her work, responded promptly, and never made me feel disturbed. She genuinely made my stay much more worry-free these past few days. Honestly, having her around made the entire check-in process naturally smoother.
I went for breakfast every day. The variety was quite comprehensive, with both Chinese and Western options, fresh ingredients, and plenty of choices, so you wouldn't get tired of it after just a couple of days. Sitting down to enjoy a leisurely breakfast before heading out for a walk was my most relaxing moment each day.
Overall, this hotel doesn't try to create 'surprises,' but all the important comfort aspects are perfectly executed. It's clean, quiet, and offers meticulous service, making you feel at ease staying there. If I come back to Clearwater Bay in the future, I would likely choose this place again.

GGuest UserOur entire stay was incredibly comfortable. We had booked another hotel for our last night, but we all unanimously decided to cancel it and just stay here! However, most of the credit has to go to our butler, Kiki. Without her excellent first impression, seamless communication throughout, and thoughtful service, our experience might have been significantly less enjoyable.
My child had such a great time that they didn't want to leave. 'Cool Coconut' in the Kids' Club was fantastic at entertaining the little ones, thumbs up! My child even said, 'We're coming back here next time!'
Now for a few minor drawbacks: The elevator was a bit slow, often requiring a long wait. The in-room amenities were a step below Kimpton, even though the price difference was only 100-200 RMB, which I found a bit odd. The breakfast variety was very limited; after eating there for four days straight, I ran out of things to try. There were also a few small details in the room that were overlooked, like a broken bedside lamp that I had to request a replacement for, and a desk lamp that needed charging, for which I had to ask for a charging cable.
Overall, it was still a great experience, and we will definitely return!

I accidentally left some clothes behind after checking out, and she immediately helped me store them safely and even mailed them back home. She definitely deserves a huge shout-out! The hotel's beach area is fantastic, with loungers and swings right by the sea. Watching the sunset from a lounger with the sea breeze blowing creates an absolutely perfect ambiance. The rooms are clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities, and transportation for getting around is also convenient. My stay here was truly top-notch.

The room was also very comfortable, with a soft mattress and good soundproofing, ensuring a quiet sleep. The room amenities were a major highlight, offering everything imaginable: disposable toilet seat covers, disposable paper cups, soap, disposable razors, and more. This was beyond my expectations for a room at around 100 yuan. The surrounding area is conveniently located with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. My parents had a wonderful trip and a great stay here. They said they'd stay here again next time they travel.

It is very close to the seaside. You can also see part of the sea from the room. It is very close to the night market Monkey Island. It’s so convenient! After getting it done, the patient service attitude throughout the whole process was very good, and every need was met! Very satisfied. Unfortunately, I only stayed in Lingshui for one day. GGuest UserThe hotel is in Li'an Town, the room is clean and tidy, the bed is relatively large, and the price is high. There is a supermarket downstairs that is very convenient, and the dishes at the Wanghai Hotel next to it are not bad. It is about 3 kilometers away from Gangmenling Park. It is still a little far to walk. You can take the bus or call Didi. Whether you are driving or traveling freely, it is recommended to live here. Gangmenling Park has a beach to play, and you can also climb high and look far. It is worth a visit.

A newly renovated B&B. There is another one next door that is also owned by the owner. The decoration style is very good, but there is no elevator. If there are elderly people living there, you can consider staying in the building next door (with an elevator). The road facing the street is a bit narrow and the road surface is not very good. B&B The space at the entrance is only enough to park two cars. If you are a novice driver, it is better to park in a parking space on the roadside and then walk in. The other side of the hotel is facing the sea, and there is a swimming pool and free sea catching tools downstairs. The interior decoration style of the room is very refreshing, but the water pressure is not enough. Overall, it's great. If you have a budget, it's recommended to choose a sea view room first for a full experience.
