"The hotel's location is superb, very close to the commercial district, making travel incredibly convenient! We stayed in a 35 sqm superior king room with excellent natural light thanks to the large floor-to-ceiling windows. The smart toilet and Gu Jia mattress were super comfortable. The front desk attendant, Xiao Zhang, performed a unique Tang Dynasty-style hand-crossing greeting, which was a nice touch. The room was clean and hygienic, the free parking was practical, and the breakfast was rich and varied. Definitely recommended!"

"The room was quite spacious and clean. However, the Chinese restaurant was terrible and couldn't operate properly. The service crews are so great and always extended helps to make my stays comfortable, they helped me to get an electric fans in early March when I'm not sure to the weather, and the cleaning lady get me cutlery when I don't receive it from my delivery I really love this hotel. "剛剛正式開業的名都，先説一下結論：硬件完美，服務熱情有餘，專業還有待提高。價格完美。, 1.大約22點入住，衹有我一個客人辦入住，前台4個服務人員，兩男兩女，都熱情的圍着我，有一個紅衣服的女孩子主要幫我辦理入住，另外三個都在邊上看着，很熱情但是不專業，如果邊上的服務人員能給我倒杯茶，或者拿瓶礦泉水，那就是完美的服務。, 2.當天入住率很低，給了我高樓層26樓，但是貌似沒有升級，因為住開元太多次，一般入住率不高都會主動升級，更何況是新開業的酒店，這點也不專業, 3.前面説的紅衣服女孩子協助我辦完還送了我兩步路，差不多送到前台和電梯廳的中間位置，你都已經送了，為啥不送送到電梯口，這個要求應該是日常管理中基本項目吧？, 4.我提了一個細節，房間不要靠電梯，前台回答我整個酒店沒有房間是靠電梯的，我追問一句，是不是和温州的威斯汀同樣的佈局？小夥子很尷尬的回答，我不知道威斯汀。都是温州的酒店，都是五星級，這點基本的瞭解應該要有吧？況且温州威斯汀一定是算温州標誌性酒店之一。還有，給我的這個房間2607，它就是靠電梯的，請你們實際去看感受一下，不是相隔一個小小的過道就是不靠電梯了, 5.房間放了煙灰缸，圖一，這是讓我非常非常吃驚的地方，最近大概10年了，我很少遇到5星酒店還在房間放煙灰缸的，當然我理解當地可能抽煙太普遍了，但是你放煙灰缸就是鼓勵在房間抽煙，這是很不專業的地方, 6.早餐不錯，是開元名都裏面第一檔次的早餐，可以和温州香格里拉媲美，服務員也很熱情，到處都是你好，忙的我回復你好，都有點應接不暇。但是你寫煎餃的地方放着煎包，我問有沒有煎餃，回答我，這個就是煎餃。。。明明是拇指煎包。。。圖二, 7.臨近退房，我要點冰塊放水杯裏，這麼大一包。。太熱情了，我就要3--5塊冰，給了我3-5百塊冰。但是沒有冰桶，我還問了，你們沒有冰桶嗎？回答，沒有。小瑕疵，但是確實不專業, 8.最後兩張圖，開元名都的三角包袋泡茶一直是我認為這個檔次五星裏面最好的，我自己帶了茶，沒拆，摸了一下應該還是三角包，點贊。但是咖啡可以升級掛耳了，畢竟從實際消耗來説，成本相差不大，而且譬如希爾頓花園，君亭這些4星的都用掛耳了, 最後，在高鐵上囉嗦的這些，寫了這麼多，是因為一定還會入住的，酒店總體感覺還是相當不錯的，細節提高就完美了。"
