As the clerk was processing our registration, I checked on C-trip the new room that was being offered to us. I realized the room was a lower tiered room. The decorations and structure of the entire hotel was absolutly stunning. Thoughtful touches and high quality materials can be seen in all the little details. The hotel would've received a 5 star. However, the hotel restaurant experience was a complete nightmare. The boss at the restaurant was rude and had no customer service at all. The first morning, he said the only thing available for breakfast was noodle. I explained to him that I cannot have noodles because of my allergy. Could he please make a simple rice dish, he said no. I had to plead with him to make some food for us. He reluctantly went into the kitchen and what he made can only be described as slob for pigs.
