I saw the housekeeper diligently vacuuming the room next door. Environment: Built into the hillside with lush vegetation. You fall asleep and wake up to the sounds of insects and birds, truly connecting with nature. It’s a hotel where you can truly have a resort experience. Though, upon closer inspection, the greenery behind the hotel seems largely untended. Service: The front desk staff's attitude was so-so; they simply helped with check-in. They could easily have offered a simple direction to the elevators, as not just us, but others we encountered by the elevators were also looking for them. On the other hand, the staff at both restaurants were enthusiastic and had excellent attitudes."

The room facilities and environment are very good and clean. But there is one biggest shortcoming, the breakfast is too poor. Hotels in the same price range, or even much lower prices, have better breakfast than this one. Maybe it was because there were not many guests, and very little food was prepared. At 9 o'clock in the morning, there were not even hard-boiled eggs left. This is an area that can definitely be improved. Even if we add one more service staff to cook noodles and omelette eggs according to the customer's needs, it will feel much better.
