"The service attitude of the front desk staff and manager was very good. I encountered a small problem when I checked in the night before and did not get a good rest. The second night, I took the initiative to upgrade the room and thoughtfully arranged a quiet location. I have stayed in different Home Inns many times and I can feel that the service attitude is getting better and better. The room environment and facilities are good, and the facilities are relatively clean. The breakfast variety is also a combination of Chinese and Western styles, and the service attitude is great. I will consider staying here next time. I would like to give thumbs up to the team management for their thoughtful management!"

"The overall room environment was actually quite good, but there were a few issues. The duvet cover had multiple stains and two long hairs. I reported this to the front desk, and their service was excellent; they offered to change my room, but I declined, saying a new duvet cover would be fine. I then went out. When I returned, I saw that the new duvet cover still had two long hairs and even a woman's false eyelash. I was speechless, but I didn't want to bother the front desk again, so I just left it. I'm mentioning this in hopes that, since the hotel is otherwise very good, they can just improve their hygiene standards."
