"Decided to try out the hotel just behind my place, especially since my partner was visiting. The bedding was super comfortable, and the room temperature was just right. Most importantly, the soundproofing was excellent. I stayed for three days, and aside from one time hearing a faint sound from the hallway when the neighbor came back late at night, it was completely quiet. I also really liked the water temperature, the hairdryer, and the room layout. The breakfast was incredibly rich, with a good selection of Cantonese dim sum that you could order by scanning a QR code. My favorite was the freshly made wontons – the broth was so light and refreshing. And a big shout-out to the gym on the fourth floor! It's so well-equipped; the cable crossover machine, shoulder press, and leg machines were all top-notch. It's rare to see a hotel that pays so much attention to this area, truly commendable! 👍🏻"

"My stay here was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. First off, the location is fantastic – right next to a commercial area and a park, making transportation very convenient. Taxis are also quick to arrive. The room itself was clean and tidy, and the bed was wonderfully soft and comfortable. Mika, one of the staff members, was professional and incredibly welcoming. She handled my check-in efficiently and thoughtfully, and the complimentary cookies 🍪 were delicious! I'd definitely come back just for those. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and the taste was excellent. The standout features, however, were the heated swimming pool and the gym. The facilities are top-notch and made for a great experience! Highly recommended!"

Great value for money, highly recommended!"

"I had a very pleasant stay. The environment was elegant, check-in was a breeze, and I got some really good rest. Front desk staff Xiao Ge provided excellent service; getting the invoice was very convenient, and they arranged a south-facing room with a lovely view for me. "I booked this room at the last minute, and it was the only suite available. The room layout was clean and the size was decent. The front desk staff and management were very welcoming and helpful – a plus. The room windows were old-fashioned sliding windows, with very poor sound insulation, even though it wasn't facing the street. The room cleanliness was appalling; I was extremely dissatisfied. There was hair on the sheets, dust on the coffee table and headboard, and obvious trash on the floor, including the condition of the floorboards. It's hard to understand what Huazhu's standards are. This shouldn't be the case in Rugao! Finally, I must commend them for their excellent handling of lost and found items."
