"This hotel has great surroundings and facilities, but it's let down by the details, and the management is consistently disappointing. I booked a room with a private hot tub specifically for a relaxing hot spring trip. On the first night, the hot spring water wasn't hot enough (staying below 34°C). I called the front desk, and they sent an engineer to fix it (which took an hour). By then, it was quite late, so I didn't get to soak for long.
