The hotel provides a series of high-end and comfortable services, including cozy guest rooms, delicious restaurants, self-service laundry facilities, and banquet services.

"1. The decoration is OK, quite fashionable Tibetan style. 2. A bit dirty. I didn't feel the hotel dirty before. When I slept, I found that there was a long cut and manicured toenail on the sheets. It was dirty and responsive. 3. The toilet is a bit poor, random sensing, and then the water will spray on the toilet seat. If you don't pay attention, it will spray on the body. It is very unhygienic. 4. The bath water is very cold, almost 38 degrees. It is too uncomfortable to take a bath with such temperature in this weather. One of us is about to catch a cold when we go in and take a bath. 5. The hotel breakfast we stayed in December was 50 per person. It was really simple and the breakfast of the hotel was no different. The style was small and the taste was generally difficult to comment. Overall, the hotel is simply decorated and the appearance is very good. The staff service is OK, but the living experience is very poor."

"We checked into this hotel on June 17th. The lobby was very grand. We arrived at 2 PM, but because our room wasn't clean, we were asked to wait for almost two hours. After the room was finally cleaned, it wasn't what we expected. We booked a deluxe room for 364 RMB, but the front desk said it was 300 RMB. There's no such difference between online and offline bookings. We complained to Ctrip and waited in the lobby for almost three hours before finally getting an upgrade to a superior standard room on the third floor. Because of the high altitude, we had planned to rest early, but the afternoon was wasted. The front desk service wasn't very good either, and the hotel's oxygen was extra. The hotel wasn't good value for money. The breakfast was terrible. How could ******* people treat Han Chinese like this? This was one of the worst hotel experiences we had on our trip to Tibet. We hope the hotel will seriously improve and not disappoint its customers. I do not recommend this hotel."

All aspects of the hotel are impressive, especially the manager's brother, took me to Sajia Temple, comprehensively and in-depth introductions explained all aspects of Sajia, and made up for me a lack of history and knowledge."

"It has everything you need for a decent three-star hotel. The rooms are large and the hot water for bathing is very good, which is rare. At first I thought the TV was broken, so I called the waiter to come and check it out. Only then did I realize that I needed to turn on the ”TV” first using the row of buttons on the bedside. But in the same row of buttons, the ”bedside lights” on both sides don't work, and there is only one ”room light” in the entire room."
