"One of the best hotels in Tengzhou. Rates were competitive. But most of all, the accommodations were nice and service was excellent. Many thanks to Manager Sunshine who took good care of us and our needs. The restaurant was not busy, but the food was delicious, service was quick and attentive. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning up after the kids' mess. Location was optimal, being close to the mall and other businesses. We will certainly stay here again when we visit end of this year in the fall."

"I was expecting much from this hotel as it was the talk of the town. However seems like most if not all (including manager) are not doing their job well. Why am I saying that? Well from the day I arrived, the bellboy was busy playing with his phone, concierge was no where to be seen, and as I am not good in Chinese, hence speaking English to the receptionist, she was nervous and keep communicating in Chinese with her manager. Her manager immediately make unhappy face and moved away. Never have I met such unfriendly staff ever in all my trips. Well the only good thing is the room is clean and the breakfast is good. Lots of variety from western to eastern food. Will I ever come again? NO..."

Let me tell you a small detail for your reference: although the hotel is in the city center, you can hear chickens at five o'clock in the morning, and there are several dogs barking around six o'clock, which is quite a small town's life. I am used to getting up early at six o'clock and I am completely unaffected. Friends who sleep particularly shallow can pay attention. The breakfast was very good the next day, the restaurant decoration was very special, the variety of meals was not particularly large but the taste was online, and the food was very comfortable. "The hotel is very close to Tengzhou's Six Museums, just a 5-6 minute walk across an intersection. It's a newly opened hotel, so the hygiene is excellent, and the shower water pressure is great. There's parking available in the front, but it seems there aren't many spaces. This might be because there are businesses like bars, KTVs, or restaurants behind the plaza. If you leave the window open, it can get a bit noisy with people shouting."
