"Stayed for a short trip. The hotel facilities were complete and functional, and the hygiene was far superior to other hotels in the same price range. The in-room TV signal was smooth, hot water was available 24/7, and there was ample shelving in the bathroom for toiletries and plenty of storage space for luggage and skincare products. The seating in the downstairs lounge area was clean, and the elevator was regularly maintained and ran smoothly. Attention to detail in cleaning was excellent: no dust on the nightstands or TV cabinet, sheets and duvet covers were changed daily with no stains or hairs, the bathroom floor was dry and non-slip, the mirror was spotless, and the vanity was tidy. The cleaning staff were meticulous, proactively emptying trash and replenishing tissues. The entire room was well-ventilated with no musty smell, clean and fresh, making for a particularly comfortable stay."

"We chose Home Inn when we were traveling with my parents on a road trip to Tieling. The front desk staff on check-in night, Li Cheng, and the check-out staff, Ma Yinhua, were both very friendly, especially Li Cheng. Room amenities: Completely equipped, spacious, bright, and incredibly large. Value for money: Excellent. Family room ¥156. Breakfast: Didn't use it. Wi-Fi: Excellent speed. It is a very old hotel with wool carpets and low ceilings, which makes it feel depressing to live in it; 3. There is an elevator, but it is a hotel that hosts wedding banquets, so it feels crowded and mixed; 4. A deposit of 200 is required for check-in, and there are many things in the room that require additional payment; 5. The front desk staff was very nice when answering the phone; 6. The buffet breakfast is 39, but the price does not match the content. The 3rd and 4th pictures are the entire breakfast, which is not worth 39; 7. This Hampton by Hilton in Tieling New District should be a new store, and the overall experience exceeded expectations! The room decoration is simple and modern, the smart switch and reading wall lamp design are very intimate, the socket layout is reasonable, and the charging is very convenient. The rooms are fully equipped, the desks and chairs are comfortable, and welcome fruits are prepared for check-in, with full details. Drinking water and tea sets are sufficient, the bedding is clean and soft, the space is spacious and bright, and the hygiene is meticulous. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in is efficient, the hotel parking is free, and the self-driving travel is particularly friendly. The location is in the core area of the new district, quiet and not noisy. It is suitable for both a stopover and a short trip. The price is full. I will choose here next time I come to Tieling. It is highly recommended! The breakfast is rich and the special fire sheep soup is great! Want to use the fragrance of air freshener to cover up the smell of the bathroom and sewer is simply a stealing ring. Or a rag wiped everything when cleaning, making it smell unclean everywhere. The room equipment is very good, it is a pity that it was dragged down by the air quality. I wanted to order a takeaway snack at 9 o'clock in the evening, but the delivery time took about an hour, and the parrot could give up. The breakfast dishes are as salty as ever. I thought the soy milk was not bad last time. I tasted it today. Haha, how much water has this been mixed. The disadvantages have not been changed, the advantages are gone.

I remember the lady at the front desk, who wore glasses, reminded me about the steps to the elevator. This is considered one of the higher-end hotels in Kaiyuan. Overall, it's pretty good. The location is also quite close to Brother Biao's attractions, all within walking distance.

I was very satisfied with my stay! The room was clean and tidy, with smart room controls, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the location was very convenient, being close to the exam center. I would definitely choose this place again next time. Every time I go back to my hometown for the New Year, I have to live here, and there are no other extra choices. The facilities are very old, the bathroom is anti-smell, the smell is particularly big, if it is not to close the door, there is no way to sleep. The amount of hot water that the electric water heater can provide is also very limited. Compared with the previous years, the progress is that at least the air conditioner can be used normally. The room is very warm. Anyway, the next time I return to Xifeng, I will probably live here. I hope to continue to improve.
